Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], although I now agree with the resolution, I want it on the record that this company made no effort to work with me, in fact went out of their way several times to ensure we could NOT redeem this vacation UNTIL I filed a formal complaint with Revdex.com.
Now, all of a sudden we have our package available for use next month (after trying to redeem and having company change or cancel our dates many times over almost one year) and despite being told many times by staff at this company that to get a get a set date is impossible and they can cancel and change as much as they want, after my formal complaint, they have now redeemed what they are legally obligate to redeem and have done what they kept previously saying was impossible.
It is clearly not impossible to give me set dates for my free vacation that they are obligate to redeem, but they clearly make it overly complicating to near impossible for customers redeem (thereby not only keeping the $50 deposits) but also keeping the money that they vacation vouchers are sold for to timeshare companies. It is clear this company is a scam and only complies when the customer escalates to formal complaints to get their legally obligated items.
It is in writing by the company to Revdex.com that I have been guaranteed the May 17, 2016 package. If this company does anything to change these dates or vacation in anyway, I will file escalated action as I think it is sad I've had to go this route to gain what should have been given to me from the start.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I strongly believe that there isn't anything that can be done. I will be sure to let others know that this companies promotions are a scam and should not be trusted. We took time out of our busy schedules over 2yrs ago to complete the offer. Then the promised Vegas trip never happened because they had 60 day stipulations instead of letting us book months ahead of time which would go with our schedules. Then there are issues with the new promotion they gave me and they don't see any issues with their customer service or how they're offer isn't working like it was discussed when the offer was given. I'm highly disappointed about this and  will encourage others not to do  Regards,[redacted]

I am responding to latest email from Holiday Travel of America on 3/3. I talked to someone from the company back in February. During our conversation, I told her that I was aware of how "asuiteweek" gift card worked. I informed her that since I received my refund, I'd been trying to book a resort using my giftcard and haven't been able to do so. When I was first informed about the card, they made it seem like I was going to be able to use it as soon as possible. I asked if there was a hotel giftcard that could be given in exchange for the asuiteweek for the same value. She informed that nothing could be done which means my issue hasn't been resolved. I agreed to take the new package under the impression that I was going to be able to use what was given to me which I haven't been able too. If someone about the supervisor of the company can assist with this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com.   Unfortunately their first set of dates were not available and they were advised by letter  dated 9/16 which is 24 days prior to the first request date.   Promotional Travel was explained to him and he did not...

want to provide new dates  and as they stated in their complaint, they requested a refund on 9/23/2015 which is in process and will be mailed next week as can take up to 21 business days.   By requesting a refund, this voids out their offer. We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com.   The client did not complete the validation of the offer by mailing in their dates/deposit within the deadline and contacted us 2 months after it was due.   They were advised it was void. 
They then contacted us 4...

months later with a threat that if we don't reinstate it, they will go to the Revdex.com.   We contacted the distributor they received the voucher from and they advised us they will mail them a new voucher.

We are in  receipt of clients email with the Revdex.com.  After we spoke with client last week, they understand that we never received a "Disney" voucher from them and therefore have not denied any dates for this voucher.   They did have another voucher in house which they never...

provided their deposit or dates for and has been void since July.  We spoke with the timeshare company that had given them the voucher and they advised they will be sending them another Disney voucher and client understands they must meet all deadlines in order to travel.  If I can answer any questions, please feel free to contact me.

We are in receipt of the clients email with the Revdex.com.  We recently spoke with [redacted] and found that she was unaware of the process when it comes to promotional travel.  We have explained the entire process to her and she now understands fully on how the promotional travel process...

works. In addition, I would like to clarify that it  states in the details of participation that additional nights start at $79 per night and the terms also state that extended airfare will cost approximately $99 per person.   [redacted] has submitted more request dates to process and will be communicating directly with a supervisor to obtain updates on her travel voucher.  If there are any more questions, please feel free to contact me.

We are in receipt of the client's email with the Revdex.com.  We spoke with the client this morning and thoroughly explained how the Asuiteweek card works. She did not have a good understanding of how the website worked and how to properly view the inventory.    We also...
