This company is terrible! I have been contacting them for over a month for a blade I purchased over two months ago! They do not respond in any form of timely fashion, they do not respond with any form of resolution. Will NOT be purchasing again!

This company charged my account on Jan 4 for a knife I ordered on the website. It is now Jan 23 and I have not received the knife.
On January 4 I ordered a knife from uniqueblade.com using a visa account. I was immediately charged the $27.92.

I received an email (attached) that said my order was accepted and would be processed for shipment in 2-3 days.
After a few days without receiving any shipping conformation I began looking into the company. They have 41 complaints on Revdex.com mainly about money being taken but items not being shipped.

On January 18 (14 days after my order) I sent an email saying that I haven't received the product but had been charged.
They responded on the 19th that the item is in stock and will be shipped. I sent 2 emails and received the same generic reply to both..
"I'm sorry about the trouble with your order. This item is in stock and will be shipped immediately.

Thank you in advance for your patience.

Thank you very much for contacting us."

This is the story from other customers also.. little messages to keep us hopeful that our item will ship, while they have stolen our money.

Their phone number does not work and the listed business address is bogus.
I am reporting them to the FBI Internet Crime Compliant Center (IC3) and contacting their host (***) and post office in Lakeland, FL.

These people need shut down. I'm just glad I did not order more.

I would like a full refund of the money. I will purchase a knife from a company with a working phone with someone that answers, a real address, and without a bunch of complaints on Revdex.com.

Ordered and paid for two knives which I never received. Customer service is non existing. Just another Rip off online crook.

Order was charged and never received after 5 months.
On July 21, I ordered a knife from uniqueblades.com. The order was never received, although my credit card was charged $24.61. I wrote to support, via email, 5 times. Each time I received a response saying that they would have the warehouse resolve the mistake. I got no response from the 5th email, and the web site is currently inaccessible. The order number was ***. The product ID was UBBF-71. I've ordered from them before without issue and always received good service in the past.

Unique Blade failed to send merchandise after I was charged for it. Attempts to contact have gone unanswered.
Purchased two knives on 09/29/2018, order ***, $67.42, and CC was billed. According to Unique Blade, should receive merchandise within 15 days (2-5 business days to process, transit time 5-10 days). Merchandise was never received. Phone number, 1-800-695-6483, for customer service has rapid busy signal and multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered.

I placed an order, got charged for it and never received the item.
On 11/7/18 I placed an order at www.uniqueblade.com. The phone number for this company is no longer in service and has not been for a while. Almost all of their stock is depleted. However, on this day, I found 2 items I wanted and ordered them AND PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. I received and email confirming that the order was received with Order #***. The money immediately came out of my bank account. I never received another correspondence from Unique Blade. I never got a shipping notice, tracking number or anything else. The items never arrived and they stole the money!

Sept.1 I ordered a blk/blue stilletto knife model#***. This became order***. Website says they shipped but I never received.

I have filed a claim with bank to refund my CC.

Received a defective knife and had no resolution on getting a replacement or refund
I ordered a knife from Unique Blade which I received on 5/25/18 and it would not work properly, I sent an email asking for a replacement and they responded with steps to correct the issues, the steps would not work. Tried to call their 800 number, it was disconnect, and continued to communicate via email exchanging over 20 emails, followed their return process to have the package returned twice by the post office as undeliverable and the last two emails promised a replacement, As of Friday, August 10 I have not received a replacement knife or a response to my last email asking for a status update. I would like to see a replacement knife and a refund for my time and expense with mailing the knife back twice.

I sent an email to Unique Blade, attention Mike, on August 28, the day I received notice that Mike had responded to the Revdex.com stating to contact him and he would take care of it. I followed that up with a voicemail the following day, August 29, and sent a second email, from a different email account, on September 4 and received no responses or follow ups. Customer Service is what distinguishes great business from mediocre, the service after the sale...I will not be a repeat customer and would advise others to be very cautious when doing business with Unique Blade.

Company does not ship items after collecting payment
I placed an order on the 21st of june. no confirmation of any kind was given, two weeks later after several emails and complaints I received a "don't worry it will arrive" with no information whatsoever. Here we are in august and the company "uniqueblade" hasn't even shipped the item. I have zero response to phone calls or emails and have no way to getting my money back. This is theft. I want an explanation by the company why they believe this is not a crime and how they plan to fix this.

I purchased an item that I never received. No reply from customer service after several attempts to contact them.
I purchased an item from Unique blade on July 19th. The amount $26.41 was charged to my card and I received a confirmation email. I received an order number : ***. I never received my item and I have tried to contact customer service several times and have not received a reply. I want a full refund for my purchase. At this point I don't even want the item I just want my money back. I attempted to resolve this through their customer service several times but their phone number leaves a busy message every time, and they do not reply to email messages either. I want a full refund.

I have diligently checked my spam folder and I have received no email correspondence from your company. I have not received my item and I want a full refund credited back to my card. After all of the calls I have made and your lack of customer service I no longer want the item, and I want my money back.

Order *** placed on 08/16/2017 - 11:31:36 AM. Half of the order was shipped, one knife. The other, another knife never shipped. Refusing refund.
This order (*** placed on 08/16/2017 - 11:31:36 AM) was placed nearly a year ago. Half the order was fulfilled, the other half was never shipped, and after contacting the returns department multiple times and being told it will ship in inconsistent timeframes, I gave up and demanded a refund. My demands have been ignored for almost 8 months except for one reply saying they would look into it and get back to me on Monday (5 months ago). Every further inquiry has been ignored since. I do NOTwant the other knife anymore, I just want my money back. Shipping the knife now is NOT a solution.

I sent a postal money order to this company on April 9th. for $440. to purchase 2 knives. I have not received my order or a refund.
On April 9th. I mailed Unique Blades LLC. a postal money order for $440 from Lawrenceburg K $0342. to order 2 knives, one a Pirahna Excalibur, and the other a Lightning O.T.F. The Serial Number from my postal money order is-***. I gave the company the time they claim it takes to process an order, but I have not received my order or a refund. I sent a letter as an order form with all of the product information, item numbers, price for each, and description, along with a copy of my driver's license. I also included my mailing address and information. Since sending my order I have called numerous times to check the status of my order, and I have sent at least 3 e-mails. They do not show up in my e-mails at all. Every time I call this company I get an automated call, and I have never gotten to talk to a live representative of this company, and nobody has ever returned my calls, after I have left voice messages with my name and phone number, and my inquiry.

on 2/26/2018 I ordered item and was immdiatley charged 97.05 and also paid for 2-3 day shipping, two days later I received an email stating order was completed and shipped but it did not give me the tracking information. After a couple weeks of not getting the item I called several times and no answer and sent several emails with no reply and finally on 3/12 I got an email saying that the post office lost it and if it didnt show up by tuesday they would send another one out, I still didnt recieve item and I sent several emails stating that and asking for tracking information and got no repsonse and I also tried calling again with no answer. it has been a month and no product or refund. I have also filed a complaint with postal inspection service as well.

I placed and paid for a order on Feb 28. Was told 2-3 days process and 2-3 days shipping. Today is March 20 still no product.
On Feb 28 I placed an online order for a knife in the amount of 49.05. I paid extra for expedited shipping. After a week I sent an email asking for shipping information. Then on the March 16 I called and left a very detailed message about how to contact me. Still have no reply. They will not answer their phones only by voicemail.
