ITEM NOT RECEIVED.
I PLACED A ORDER FOR A KNIFE (SMITH & WESSON EXTREME OPS) ON 1/22/18. ORDER #121096. PAID $39.95
MY ITEM WASN'T RECEIVED. NOTIFIED UNIQUE BLADES OF THIS BY E-MAIL. SINCE THAN I'VE SENT 7 0R 8 E-MAILS WITH 1 RESPONSE SAYING THEY'LL "GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PROBLEM" THAT MESSAGE CAME OVER A WEEK AGO. THAT WAS THE FIRST AND ONLY E-MAIL THESE PEOPLE HAVE SENT ME. i'VE TRIED 8 TIMES OR SO TO CALL. NO ONE ANSWER'S THE PHONE OR GIVES ME A CALL BACK.

DELIVER MY ITEM OR REFUND ME.

I ordered 2 knives online and did receive them.
On 11/15/17 I ordered 2 Lightning Knives online $39.95 ea. total $79.90 and did not receive them. I used a Citi Bank Visa credit cardI called the phone number on the website 4 times never got an answer. I e-mailed them 3 times and they never responded.

Desired Outcome

Refund my credit card.

Ordered a knife from them and never received it. They are ignoring every effort to contact them about the matter.
Ordered a knife from this company 11/12/2017, paid 35.90 via Credit Card. As of this date I have not received the item paid for. I have e-mailed their customer service dept 3 times and have called and left a message by phone; all asking for the status of my order. All attempts to get an answer or contact me have been ignored. At this time I would like a refund on the purchase. Order ID # ***. The refund should be credited to the credit card they were given for payment. I have never received this kind of Customer Service from anyone I've done business with. Thank you for your assistance, *** Ok.

Refund the $35.90 they charged to my credit card.

Ordered a knife and product never received.
Placed order # *** for a knife on 7.27.17 and never received. Contacted via email as well as through their web page numerous times and rec'd response that knife was damaged once, another time it was returned to Unique Blade. Also called several times, but phone is never answered.

Contact dates were 8.23.17, 9.7.17, 9.20.17 and 9.22.17. Either ship the knife ordered or return funds. I provide copies of correspondence upon request.

I ordered a knife from Unique Blade online 09/28/2017. I got an email a few days later advising the order was complete. I never received purchase.
I ordered a knife from Unique Blade on 09/28/2017 $35.00. I got an email a few days later advising the order was complete, but no tracking. I gave it 10 days thinking they would send it. I've purchased one time before, and they did send it. I checked my card history, and found they obtained my card money. I then tried calling them,,,,don't bother, they will not answer any choice given on phone service. I then sent 3 emails inquiring about my order,,,nothing... I have resigned myself to the fact I have been screwed. The only thing I can do, is warn others not to buy from UNIQUE BLADE.

I did not receive my purchased item, I just want my credit card refunded.

I purchased a knife from Unique Blade and never received the knife.
I purchased a knife #ub-*** Lightning OTF on 7-16-2017 order #***. The funds were taken out of my account and I was supposed to receive the knife within 15 days, it has been a little more than that! I have tried several times to contact anybody to get help, but have had no luck. One person named Mike responded on 8-11-17 and said he would look in on it, haven't heard from him since. I have also left messages on their phone system, which is lousy. I really need your help to resolve this issue, thank-you

I just want the knife or a refund and an apology of some kind.

I have been Billed for product I Never have Received.
I placed order # *** on 8-6-17.
order was for FB-115 @ 99.95
and UB-1057 @ 5.95
Order was completed on 8-14-17.
It has a 5 to 10 day ship time. since the tenth day I have repeatedly ask for a tracking number or method of shipment. the only response I have received is rest assured we will resolve this.

I would like to receive the items i have paid for. If this can not happen I would expect a full refund.

This company took money from my account for a knife they never shipped. And, NOBODY will ever answer a phone call or return my money. STAY AWAY !!!!!
This so called company took the money from my account immediately after I placed the order for the knife I wanted. It shows the money was taken on April 19th, 2017. Well, its now September 7, 2017 and I have yet to see a knife or my money back. I had a lady from customer service named Mary email me back on June 1st, 2017 saying "your item is in route to you. I haven't figured out what the problem was but I'm going to find out and let you know." Well, three months later and I still haven't heard from anybody, no knife, and no refund. This company is scandalous and seems to be out to scam people out of their hard earned money.

Desired Outcome

Some sort of response or resolution from this company ? I want my knife or my money. Its real simple.
