I am rejecting this response because:The repair man took the temperatureOf the air coming out the vent with an inferred thermometer, both he and I observed the display of the inferred thermometer witch read degreesThe building manager however, stated that the temperature coming out the vent was degrees, which is not trueRather than properly repairing the air conditioning we were issued a portable air conditioning unit, which only worked for a dayDespite of all attempts at properly adjusting the temperature of the unit so it would blow out cold air, there was more worm air then cold air coming outIn an attempt to overcome the stifling heat, I purchased a window air conditioning unit so that my children would not have to live in a hot apartment that we pay close to a month witch is spouse to include a properly working air conditioningWhen I requested to be reimburse for that purchaseBuilding management refusedFurthermore, there has been construction projects taking place to expand the apartment complexAs a result, nails used in the constructions have been carelessly drop though out the property including the parking lotThus, I have incurred about in repairs to my vehicles tires, which receipts and corresponding paper work have been personally giving to building managementI have followed up with this issue to see if they would address matter, but I have been meet with about weeks’ worth of “THE RUN AROUND”These delay tactics are indicative of the type service I am paying for on the monthly basis.

contract to add or remove roommate addendumThe notice you brought into the office on 6/24/was after the said move-out date of 5/1/2017. premises and turns keys into the lease office, the resident should leave an address to forward deposit at that time. If the resident does not leave an address, the security deposit check is then mailed to the resident’s address, so it can be forwarded to the resident. At the time, *** *** relinquished the unit’s keys to the office, no preferred address to return deposit was given On March 17, a security deposit check in the amount of $was issued and mailed *** ***. Since *** *** did not leave a forwarding address that she preferred the deposit to be sent to, the security deposit check was sent to her old address, to be forwarded. When her final account statement was processed at the property the address used was *** *** *** *** ***, ***, MS *** which was her address at said property. The property manager contacted *** *** via email after receiving the complaint, to ask her for a forwarding address. *** *** response was via email, she would not give it to the property manager. It is our procedure that upon a move out, the resident is to leave a forwarding address with the property manager so the deposit to be processed and refunded. We are living at Avistar on the Parkway which is managed by United Apartment Group On three different days, I tried contacting UAG I left messages to have someone contact me No one responded I needed to speak with them regarding racial discrimination by the apartment office staff No one cared to respond
Avistar on the Parkway is a run down, mold and roach infested property The management in the office is racially biased and we intend to file suit
We have given them ample time to return our calls to no avail
We will never rent from UAG again To mention; Our rent is paid on time, every month

The perimeter gates of the site were installed at the time the property was developed and designed to open one car at a time either through a card reader or number code entry, one vehicle at a timeThe resident is claiming his truck was damaged due to a malfunction of the gates, however, the
gates were not damaged at the time of the incident according to managementThe gates continued to operate efficiency and without interruption
Limit access gates are designed to work on a hour basis with access for residents and invited guest In my global experience with limited access gates the only time a gate damages a vehicle is improper entry and exit procedures from the operator of the vehicle Damage could occur when the gate closes on the vehicle and occurs if more than one car tries to enter the gate, following another vehicle
There were no cameras on the gate, therefore, I would venture to say the person whose vehicle was damaged improperly used the gate system
As a company we offer exceptional customer service and provide excellent service to our residents as a wholeThis was an unfortunate experience for this resident and not properly utilizing the ingress and egress I do not feel we are responsible or should we be accused of poor customer service, because we do so many things right to take care of our residents and hold our employees to a higher standard with regards to customer service

My position remains the same*** *** was emailed my forwarding address on February 1, 2016. I also included in the email exactly why I forwarded the email to her instead of to Lydia Jordan at the property level. It continues to be pointless to relay procedure in April when UAG had ample opportunity to make it clear how I was to exit the property. Both letters (attached) about me vacating the unit did not include a process/procedure. But management did ask for an additional four dollar payment since I miscalculated the amount (rent receipts attached) instead of allowing that amount to be deducted from the deposit. That kind of pettiness and unprofessionalism is the mentality versus one that would have thought to explain the process when I made the last month payment. Unit #*** and the keys were made available on January 29, 2016. The deposit could have been forwarded or mailed to the *** address on February 1, 2016. Finding a reason to withhold the deposit is retaliation for having made contact with MS Home Corporation and written documentation regarding the living conditions at *** Apartments. UAG could not at this point forward the deposit to the forwarding address it already has without admitting that the address was given in February 2016. If the decision to mail the deposit to the address at *** in March 2015, then the same decision could have been made the previous month
