Insurance is not require to do so. We offer the actual cash value less the required subtractions. As sated he is well away of the subtraction as the ACV has been fully explained. Mr*** rejected the amount advising he will retain an attorney. No further information will be release so as not to violate our rights under the terms and conditions of the policy. Our policyholder has violated the terms and conditions of the policy by refusing to report the loss or cooperate. As such coverage is denied as well as the claim.
We will not make any payment in this loss. The policyholder is fully responsible for any and all damages,

This fly by night "Insurance Company" should not be allowed to operate. The owners should be put in jail. Illinois law requires drivers to have insurance. The insurance company is also supposed to insure the driver. Their client rear ended my vehicle and the insured should be covered and they should fix my vehicle. To say that their client is not in compliant with their rules does not absolve them from financial responsibility. They can't just print insurance cards and keep the money.

We are not members of the Revdex.com, as such we are under no obligation to answer the complaint.  However, as a courtesy I will respond.The complainant  is not pour policyholder as such not a customer and not entitled to any benefits.   Our legal obligation is to our policyholder only.On 6/4/2014 we denied the claim to both the complainant and to his insurance company [redacted].  Based on our policyholder statement the complainant is the at fault party.  As such they are more than 51% at fault for the loss as such barred from any recovery under the Law.  8/20.2014 we denied [redacted] subrogation claim based on the same denial.   The complainant is guilty of one or more, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage, improper look out, inattentive driving.  That no police report was filed.  We side with our policyholder just like [redacted] would side with the complainant.  However, [redacted] closed their file.We denied this claim based on liability and continue to deny based on liability.  We will not reconsider the denial.  The claim remains denied.Thank you,[redacted]Claim ManagerUnited Equitable Group, Ltd

I am rejecting this response because: UEI never even came out to access the damages on my car;  and had no intentions on owning up to their responsibility as an Insurance company.  They have been lying about this accident since the very beginning. They should not be allowed to stay in business. They are just collecting money from people and not taking responsibility for those people. I will continue to fight them regarding my loss.  My Insurance company closed the file because they realized that UEI has no intentions of doing what is right in this matter. [redacted] paid for the damages to my to be repaired because they realized that UEI was not going to do it; and grew tire of fighting with them. I was still out of pocket for the deductible of $500. [redacted] said that the legal cost for them would be much greater to go after UEI in court, than to just pay for the repairs;  so after 2 years of no success with UEI, they closed the file. I was still left with a $500 loss due to UEI's negligence. I will continue to fight them regarding this matter. I appreciate Revdex.com's efforts in this matter; although I realize that UEI has no intentions of owning up to their responsibility.

deemed null and void and rescinded due to a Material Misrepresentation of the application.  The applicant failed to disclose a number of arrest for driving while her drivers was suspended/revoked. speeding and a number of other arrest. the claim and into the past driving/claim history of any policyholder.  Part of that investigation is
forms and documents be filled out and supplied by the policyholder.  The written report is one of those
documents.  The policyholder returned
this report 11/30/2015.The policyholder as all policyholder no matter what Company
has a deductible and is required to pay the deductible per loss.  A policyholder is self insured for this
amount.  In this case, the policyholder
purchased a $500.00 deductible.   We will not waive the deductible or any part thereof.  The policyholder did not purchase any car rental
reimbursement.  He needs to address this
with his Agent.Once the investigation has been completed we will advise the
