[redacted] must call the credit card company and dispute the amount. I set up a reserve fund with the credit card companies for this purpose, so I cannot do this. [redacted] needs to do this. Don't know why she is stressed.

Sorry but according to our contract we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, therefore there will not be a 10% discount because of that.Respectfully Yours, Stewart F
