I recently moved out of a home managed by UMP and after receiving my refund for the deposit found out I was charged for damage to a door that was there upon moving in. My husband and I had our inspection sheet amended to reflect this. As well I had to fax the company several times because the representative said he could not read it but then told he got it just fine. I do not understand how a company can be so irresponsible with a customer's paperwork after acknowledging the problem and approving the amendment. Now I am out $125.00 because someone did a poor job. I am the type of person to own my mistakes. I am also the type of person to repair things that happen when I am at fault but I won't take the blame for something that isn't mine. And I won't go quietly. Just bad business here
