Review: United Mortgage made a property tax payment from our escrow account to a wrong property. We had to pay the property taxes out pocket due to this error. I contacted them on 2-**-14 and they said should have an answer from them within 10 business days. I provided them all the documents showing their error. Since then they have sent the request to multiple departments. None of these departments have contacted me. My last email from them was received 3-*-14. I called them again 3-**-14 and was told that they did not have any information to update me on the progress of the issue. They would not give me contact information for the legal or escrow department.Desired Settlement: Need to payment corrected and refund of escrow.

Review: In May **, 2015, I was contacted by [redacted] from United Mortgage Corp. for mortgage refinance. He requested all of my personal information and said that he will email me and call me in 40 minutes, have not heard from him since. His caller ID on my cel phone matches the phone number that United Mortgage Corp employee gave me when I called asking for him three times. When I call him, his mailbox is full and he never picks up. Is this a scam? I am worried that I might be a victim of identity theft.Desired Settlement: Contact by the business. I need Revdex.com to verify whether this is a legitimate company.
