We are a moving COMPANYYou can verify our license and authority with the *** *** ** ***, who regulates household goods relocationYou claim we "misrepresented " what the estimate price includedHowever, you don't state how/why we "misrepresented" itYou were given a call
72-hours prior, 24-hours prior and an hour before pickupIf your move has changed for whatever reason, we inform you of the changes BEFORE we load your items, as required by the DOTAs your e-Signed Moving Estimate states, under payment methods, "Half of the remaining balance is due upon piby Cash, Cashier's Check, Personal Check or Postal Money Order." We do not employ independent contractorsAgain, you say we claim services are included in the estimate: Are you talking about the flights of stairs that you didn't inform us of? The driver, Ahmad, stated that when he went to pick up your belongings that you didn't want to pay for the stairsHowever, if you refer to the Binding Moving Estimate you signed, it states under Other Charges, "-Stairs: First flight (steps) is freeAny additional flights will be charged at $each.” Also, everything you’re claiming he said isn’t trueHe saved the text messages between you twoYou did keep trying to get him to do the job “under the table” for a cheaper price though

We have been dealing with Trista and her husband directly regarding this matterWe have taken this accusation very seriouslyThe circumstances of this matter are the most disrespectful, disgusting, vile, etcthing someone can doWe asked Trista for a copy of the receipt of the new mattress and
agreed to pay for half of itShe put her husband on the phone, and he seemed willing to accept the terms of the settlement but was leaving the final decision up to herWe will reach out to Trista again directly as we wish to resolve this matter in a timely mannerWith that being said, the driver never had one complaint but was terminated after we became aware of the situation

I called/texted them on July 8, 25, 29, 31, August 8, 10, - I know I called more time than I mentioned here but I don't recall all of themThe first
time I called/texted, the person who came picked up my items I think he goes by the name Tye, he is an *** he told me he will work with me and send it by the following weekAny other attempt I made to contact them ended up with either no response or someone picks up the phone, tell me to wait until they find out, the phone gets hang upMost of the time no body answers

Ms***,We scheduled your pickup window between June 21, (primary pickup day) and June 22, (backup pickup day), as requestedThe truck, being used by the foreman that was scheduled to pickup your move on June 21st, broke down; therefore, we immediately hired one of our sister companies
to pickup your move as scheduled on June 21stWhen the driver called you, informed you of the circumstance, and told you he would be at your location within an hour, on the 21st, you refused pickupThe driver then went to the next location on the routeThe next day, on the 22, when you had to move because your lease was up,you called us demanding pickup, after refusing it the day priorAt that time, we did not have a driver in your area, as he already left (the previous day, when you refused pickup)We were able to re-schedule your pickup for the following day, the 23rd; however, you had to leave by the 22nd due to your leasePlease keep in mind that we paid your deposit to our sister company to service your moveWe aren't receiving a refund from them because they had to pay for fuel, materials, the foreman, drivers, and helpersThey could have also been providing moving services to someone else in the time slot that you gave upIf you would like a copy of your e-signed binding moving estimate, which state ours cancellation policy, that you signed prior to booking, I will be happy to provide it up on request.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

I am rejecting this response because: Per the complaint filed the third floor apartment at pickup and delivery was disclosed in my conversation with your sales agent. I was told stairs were included in the base price quoted. You may want to listen to the recorded conversation you represented you have. Regarding my conversation with the driver I was asked for $700 CASH before he would schedule a pickup.,Copies ofvmy text with him were included in my complaint with the Revdex.com and copied to the [redacted] office. i reject your response as it is false. At no time was any offer made for the driver to work “under the table”. Your sales agent misrepresented (Melody 2) what was included in the base price. Your driver requested CASH at pickup. And you have failed to provide proof of any evidence to contradict these facts.  I request any recordings and text messages you claim to possess be turned over to the Revdex.com immediately.

I am rejecting this response because: I have left over 10 voicemails and over 10 emails requesting this company...

to call me back. In each email and each voicemail I have requested this documentation they claim to have of me cashing 2 checks that I never received to be sent to me   If this company emails me the copy of the checks, I will get my bank involved and have three-way conversation to clear this up. This whole ordeal should've been over and done with weeks and weeks ago.

# is U797580 and it is under James(Jim) [redacted] or Sharon [redacted].  We moved from [redacted]., Excelsior Springs, Mo 64024, (United Movers Group picked up May17 and May 18, 2017) to [redacted], San Antonio,Florida 33576.  After 9 weeks the furniture was delivered,  but only after notifying the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation,  the Attorney General of Illinois  the Revdex.com and the owner.

Client has been delivered. The client's items were placed  "storage in-transit" because she gave us a bad/cancelled check ($750) at pickup.

I am rejecting this response because: they obviously didnt read my complaint in its entirety AND neglected to listen to their so called "recorded calls" had they done that prior to responding to this they would know how poorly their representatives have treated me.  And yes, please go ahead and share the recorded calls, thats a great idea.  The most recent one from today where your "Manager" insulted me and then hung up on me would be good for people to listen to.  Further more Patrick did NOT say he would only call me back if this or that, he said he would call back either way and take care of me and never did.  In the meantime I dont think its any coincidence that my information has been filled out on multiple sights to be contacted by companies selling things (in the last 15 to 30 minutes) It is my belief that this comapny, based on the way theyve treated me already is now just trying to mess with me.  Although thats speculation.  Dont worry about the price, I would never do business with you anyways, but the public should know how you treat people.
