One of the poorest companies for shipping - a plain vanilla post office does much better.
Many delays in parcels but the last customer service was pathetic
We shipped an urgent bank document from US to Singapore and the driver says in the delivery status that he cannot get security clearance to enter a branch of a bank!
Called customer service in the US on a Thursday and they said they will send a message to Singapore which will reach on Monday (4 days later) as Sat/Sun are holidays! Holy crap
They can send physical parcels overnight but it TAKES THEM 4 DAYS TO CONTACT THEIR OWN OFFICE - lies, inefficient and useless
As a corporate decision we have now a memo NOT to use UPS
