They did an amazing job. Very transparent in their pricing and the work they would be performing. They also looked at other electrical concerns I had around the house and quoted me on the work. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ryan did a phenominal job of explaining things. He also pointed out some energy saving tips that I didn't even think about. Will be using United again.

Nick was very friendly and located the problem and fixed it professionally.
The price was high but I didn't want to start shopping around since he seemed to know what he was doing and could fix it that day.

We have been without heat since December 4th. We had Anderson's come out to investigate and were told we needed a new HVAC unit. We had just had to purchase another unit for one of our rental properties that ran us $13000, so we just could not replace at this time. We decided to get a second opinion from United services and they sent us out a wonderful technician name Tim
Within 15minutes he had our unit up and running. We did not have to replace our unit and cannot thank United enough. I can't believe we lived for 6 weeks during the holidays without heat, when it could be repaired. GREAT company and Great employees. Thank's Tim.

I was very impressed with the prompt response when getting a tech out to my house. Jay provided me with estimates for several service options and provided me with the information needed to make the best choice about our service needs and keeping them within budget. He arrived the next day to begin the project and everytime we ran into a problem he patiently handled them all. This was a multiday electrical project and he was kind enough to work with my families busy holiday schedule to get the work done. Thank you for taking your time, making sure the job got done right and ensuring our family is safe. You can tell that quality was more important than quantity when it came to this

The website for this company (https://***) falsely states "free estimates". When I called to get an estimate, they stated there would be a $29 charge for the estimate UNLESS I choose to the estimated work done, at which time the "estimate fee" would be deducted from the charge. This is clearly false or misleading advertising. Their advertising should be changed to reflect their real process and avoid wasting customers time.

James performed a miracle in our kitchen this morning, after finding out how poorly our junction box was originally installed. James did a phenomenal job in hanging our new light fixture and securing a new junction box nice and tight!

United answered my service call the same day!! They were prompt, efficient, courteous, & honest! Lance, our service technician was thorough in his search for the problem, & gave several options as a solution. He did not try to “sell me” on any extras, and explained each service and/or part for the charge. I highly recommend this company for all your heating, AC, plumbing, & electrical work!

He understood exactly what we were looking to have done, was always professional and courteous, made every attempt to keep the work debris minimal, cleaned the area after the work was completed, and ensured that the work was completed correctly and that everything was operational. If we need additional electrical work in the future, we will definitely be calling United back and specifically asking for Anthony.
