From the moment I called United about my electrical problem, to the moment the job was completed I received 5 star service. They were prompt in sending out Jeremiah, who listened to what the problem was, asked pertinent questions, then gave us several options to fix the problem. We selected the option that took the most time & work on his part,and he was eager to start & solve our problem. Jeremiah was prompt, very friendly, an excellent worker, neat and respectful of our home, and best yet, he showed us the problem areas that came up, and how he was going to resolve them. This was by far the best experience I have had with a contractor. Highly recommend United & Jeremiah!!

Excellent customer service - above and beyond my expectations. I called them at the last moment to install an electric car charger and they accommodated me on the same day. Jonathan came by and did an assessment and informed me the cost for exactly what I wanted, improvements if I needed, technical jargon broken down simple and pictures of everything. it was an amazing experience and no pressure at all. Since then I have contracted to a wonderful experience - very professional, kept their appointments, on time excellent job, gave me continuous updates. This company has amazing service and customer service - ask for Johnathon for the best service.

They came for a free estimate. I had a lower estimate from another business but I needed the job to be done asap which they did during my lunch hour thank you for the quick service.

Manny was at my home within 30 minutes of my call for help. Since I did not know where my circuit breaker was...he helped me look for it...we finally found it and he fixed my power source.
