We needed to have an enclosed transport for of our cars and contacted Unied Routes The quote was reasonable and after a mile trip ALL THE CARS CAME OUT OF THE TRANSPORT without a scratch! [redacted] who coordinated the pick up and delivery worked very hard to get us the date we needed and was great with communication and follow up Most Excellent!!

After hearing horror story after horror story about shipping a vehicle across country and doing so much research online, I came across United Routes I spoke with Jake and he was very straight forward and professional They required no deposits until they found a carrier and I could check the carrier out if I wanted to before finalizing anything The best part about working with this company and the carrier they found, was the communication I was always able to get a hold of a person and that representative knew what was going on!! I know, hard to believe The dispatcher and the driver kept me informed every step of the way They did an outstanding job and made this experience stress free! I would highly recommend this company They are more expensive then other brokers but because of their reliability and communication, they are worth every penny

An A+ to United Routes, LLC, they sent my car in a covered trailer/hauler from Coconut Creek, FL (FLL area) to Dallas, Texas, car arrived in good condition with no dents and only one day late due to traffic in Houston. Car hauling has MANY companies with F and other horrible ratings, beware, United Routes, LLC is one of the few exceptions, hurray for them!

[redacted] & united routes moved a car from kentucky to new orleans la. this shipment was ment for another company that when I asked for insurance coverage would not send it to me. so I was reffered to us routes by a friend. they sent the insurance coverage immediately. I booked with them- they followed up regularly til my corvette was delivered. not hassles-and the car came in perfect with no issues.
