United Routes, LLC

[redacted] with United Routes LLC was a fabulous transport company. I needed my Dodge Charger Daytona transported from Palm Coast back to Delray Beach, FL. I called United Routes back in January of 2015 to get a price and then found out that I didn't need their services yet. They were ok with that. A little later on in the year, they called me back to see if I needed them yet and I didn't but they just wanted to check and let me know that they could still do it if and when I needed them. I thought that was a nice touch and told them that I would let them know when I needed their services. This month, (April), I finally needed their help and I called them and within one day, my vehicle was back in my own driveway!

Should you ever need to have a vehicle shipped, I could not more highly recommend any company other than United Routes. Being inexperienced in this type of shipping, their personnel guided me through the process, cautioned me what to be aware of, and most impressive of all is that they were interested in securing my business and performed as indicated they would. Their driver was very cordial, efficient, and kept me informed of his schedule Their equipment is state of the art, thus assuring your vehicle will be transported without incurring damage..

I was extremely pleased with United Routes. Everything went as [redacted] had described. [redacted], the transport driver was cautious and methodical in loading and assuring safe transport. This vehicle was transported from NY to CA. My son reported the same care & handling at the destination.

Just want to give a shout out to [redacted] and United Routes, LLC. I contracted with them to have a race car shipped from Minnesota to South Carolina. Not your average car, but a drag car that has a fiberglass body, wheelie bars, extended wing on the back and was very low sitting – 4 inch ground clearance. Because of the very low clearance, special loading and tie-down procedures were needed to ensure no damage to the fiberglass body would occur. After discussing the car with [redacted], and providing him some pictures through email, [redacted] assured me they could handle it with no problems. A lift gate enclosed trailer was scheduled and I was given a pick-up date and a delivery date. Car was picked up on time and delivered on the date they gave me for delivery. Car arrived in excellent condition with no damage. The driver was very nice and even helped me get the car from the street where it was unloaded to my yard. Thanks guys!! We needed to have an enclosed transport for 6 of our cars and contacted Unied Routes. The quote was reasonable and after a 330 mile trip ALL THE CARS CAME OUT OF THE TRANSPORT without a scratch! [redacted] who coordinated the pick up and delivery worked very hard to get us the date we needed and was great with communication and follow up. Most Excellent!!

We were at our first experience of shipping a car and United Routes was very helpful, all the way from reservation to successful delivery. Sales rep,, dispatcher and driver were professional and kind. Our 2007 Hyundai Sonata LTD traveled from Florida to Illinois as good as new, was picked up and delivered as promised, door to door, exactly at the quoted price and conditions.
