These guys made debt manageable. I somehow managed to accumulate over $100K in debt from pretty much every source and feel like I’m at my wit's end. But this company provided extensive advice on how to chip away at my debt until it is completely paid off. I’ve got my bases covered and I plan on taking care of my debt within the year. None of this would ever have been possible without United Debt Settlement.

All I can say is I wish I had found this company before I took out a loan for a frivolous purchase, maybe I wouldn’t have made that decision. But since I didn’t find them beforehand, I’m glad I did afterward. They were extremely helpful in analyzing my situation and gave me a path forward. I would have appreciated a bit faster response. You should try them out if you need help with loan debt.

United Settlement was pretty great to work with after I got a divorce. My ex successfully passed half the debt they had accumulated onto me after the breakup and I was terrified about how I would pay for it on my own. So, I found this company through a google search and I reached out. They know their stuff. I have a pretty good strategy for how to pay this debt off for good and move on with my life. Thanks!

I was brave enough to make the call and I'm glad I did. When I spoke with the representative they were kind and compassionate, answered all my questions and provided many different scenarios on how to proceed. We found a solution that worked for my situation and I am grateful for the partnership I have with United Settlement.

I found this company after doing an online search for help with credit card debt. I've heard about these types of programs in the past but was always skeptical. This time around I found myself out of a job, borrowing money from friends and relatives in order to make minimum payments on time. A few months in, I began to see that this method would never solve the problem. My rep at United opened my eyes to and showed me exactly how I can get out of debt. Two major aspects of the program were explained to me right away. Firstly, since I was experiencing real financial difficulty, they would be able to decrease my monthly payments substantially. Secondly, we created a conservative budget tailored specifically to my situation. I learned that debt is a numbers game, and if you can get the numbers right, you can win the game. After creating a budget with my reduced monthly payments, we found that it would take 18 months to dig myself out of this debacle. Before seeking help, I couldn't imagine how and when I would pay off my debts. I am so thankful to be debt free, and stress free. Recently, I've been hit with a very difficult financial situation and considered working with a debt settlement company in order to get myself situated. I found myself being connected with United Settlement, who was able to immediately give me financial relief as well as providing me with a very realistic consultation. The enrollment team was very accommodating and can't thank them enough for the job they did helping me consolidate my debt. It's important that during these times that we manage our money accordingly and I now feel confident about my finances going forward.

I had been struggling paying my debts down for roughly 2 years, ever since my life took a turn for the worst. It seemed as if I was paying and paying and the balances kept going higher. Very professional. My agent set proper expectations for me, Didn't try to sell me a pipe dream. Also enrollment was a piece of cake. Took no more than about 20-30 minutes. I'll be recommending a few family members to use the debt relief services here. We were all heavily impacted by COVID-19 and have now found our "light at the end of the tunnel".

After some odd business decisions from my former partner, I was left with very few options. When I enrolled in the UnitedSettlements settlement program my husband and I owed about 74k combined in credit cards and a personal loan. The program we entered was for 48 months paying about half of what we were paying in minimums. The agent I spoke to when I enrolled was very sincere and extremely knowledgable they took the time to break down the process to me, originally I was skeptical about falling behind. Now after being in the program for a little under a year, they have set up settlement agreements with 5 out of the 10 accounts we enrolled. Though one of my accounts went to collections the arbitrator working my file informed me that this is normal and it shouldn't be anything to worry about. United Settlement is a company that knows what it is like to struggle with debt and has made this experience a lot easier then I expected. I recommend them to anyone interested in getting out of debt.

I spoke with David H. in regard to a debt consolidation loan. After he provided me with a thorough review of my finances we came with a solution that has put a light at the end of my debt tunnel and changed my life. I have been having Billing issues since June. They never gave me a refund money and at the time they wanted to charge me a fee. I told them whatever you need to just refund my money. They have yet to give me my money back. It's over $1500. They were not in contact with my creditors either and that was another reason I was not happy.

I did not authorize or sign any paperwork giving permission to withdrawal half of my monthly income to pay for debts incurred by me. I wish to fire United Settlement and agreement they say that was completed.

The refund was issued, but had bounced back due to invalid banking. We are attempting to resolve the complaint, but client is unresponsive.

Hire this company in March of 2019 , Was not happy with calls not being answer and no return call s back. Service was very poor and staff had scripted lines when you call and never return phone calls when promise.Under the debt consolidation program I was to pay 517.17 bi weekly starting in March of 2019. My bank deposit this amount into an account that United Settlement set up . My bank made deposit into this account until July ,2019 ,when I call United Settlement and told them L no longer wanted service.A supervisor finally came to the phone after a long discussion close out my account with them. L ask what money would be return to me , his answer was . he would have to get to their banking department and would call back in 30 mins. Never happen. Call United Settlement 3 more times for an answer , Got banking department not in ,gone to lunch,can't come to phone now, all scripted lines to get me off the phone.During time with United Settlement I deposit $4,659.39 into my *** account they set up for me. I'm aware United Settlement did settle one account with One Main Financial and $1050.00 was taken out of the assigned bank account. On JUly 2019 One Main call me and told me that United Settlement cancel their agreement with them and all settlements were void. I would like for this matter to be resolved and what money is owe to me be return.

I called them to consider debt consolation. When walking through the details “Tom” seemed more interested in rushing through it. When I started asking questions, he cut me off several times. By the end of the conversation, I was having second thoughts. I told him that I would have to think on it and get back with him. Then he became quite rude. Telling me that He was just trying to help me. Once again I said I would contact him if I decided to sign up. He continued interrupting me. After ending the call I received 4 more call in 2 days. I don’t know how this company has received an “A” for anything. Trying to force people to sign a contract and not allowing them time seems shady.

The call was handled in an appropriate manner, and within ethical and compliant parameters. Unfortunately at times personalities may clash, which may lead to frustration. ok I signed up with them for debt consultation but I denied to cancel have not received my money back I just been with them for 1 month but I denied to cancel they have not done anything for me so I decided to cancel and asked to be refunded put still I have not received my money back and still they are taking money out of my account after letting them know that I don't want there service my account is negative now because of this company please help me to resolve issue

Good afternoon I have not received my money back what fees how can you steel my money and say fees over 4,000 dollar is fees no way I will launch a full investigation you can steal hard working peoples money like this no way.. and I won't stop until and let everyone know how this company is a scam . and how it is stealing peoples money and taking money from people account with out autrazation
