I had them do a dept settlement I signed an agreement with them for all fees and payment schedule, at the end of the agreement they keep taking payments out of my checking account until I found that they had taken an extra 7 payments of 484.67 if I didn't find this and called this would still be coming out. they told me that now there are additional fees they want to charge an additional 978.98 I told them we had an agreement for a scheduled amount of deductions. They informed me they would only give back what they said and not what I have in a signed contract.
