I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This complaint is absolutely not satisfied.Delivery was not completed within 21 business days, the industry standard for coast-to-coast delivery. Our pick up was 7/*/15 and our delivery was made on 8/*/15, for a total of 23 business days. Moreover your contract advertises in prominent letters and numbers an outside delivery date of 17 days to Southern California. Still worse, AV representative Nicole R[redacted] assured us that we could expect much faster service.  Nicole also assured us she would be available to take our inquiries, but she would not take or return our calls or emails after our furniture was picked up.And Andy, the person who did answer the phone, gave us two incorrect estimated delivery times and then excused himself by saying "I just do what I'm told."I am assembling our financial records from this move so that people who check Revdex.com can see how we were charged for services.

The agreement I signed was a binding estimate which AV broke this contract by requiring additional charges and fees within 7 days of  the date which were not included on the contract. Therefore since they broke the agreement they should refund my deposit as they forced me to cancel service within 7 days of the date. Additionally I have written communication promising a refund if I remove my reviews of the company online, which is beyond unprofessional and extremely mischievous of the company.

We really apologize that we didn't  meet your expectations. We will do everything that takes to resolve this issue. The best solution will be to fill out the claim form that we have sent you earlier and email it back to us. We can work out the solution for you only after we receive that form.Best regards, [redacted], AV Moving

Our company policy clearly states that generally, estimated delivery is up to 21 business days from date indicated as first available delivery date. Standard delivery time frame to south California is 7 - 17 business days. As I already said, the first available delivery date Ms [redacted] could accept the shipment was july ** (see an agreement). The shipment was delivered on August [redacted] that is 16th business day after the first available delivery date. Estimated delivery time frame could very as this is a consolidated move and there are few shipments on the truck. Due to waiting time, traffic or other emergencies estimated delivery date could be changed.We apologize that we could not deliver [redacted]'s shipment sooner.

The  company sent a person to my house to do the estimate and I showed the person everything I need to move.  If there was a big difference between the estimate and actual load, the only reason I could think of was that they intentionally lowered the estimate in order to attract customer but increased the price after they loaded everything. If you did not pay what they asked, they would not unload. This is no different than a robbery. Besides, how could they increase the price by 66% (from original $4,800 to $8,000, excluding insurance) while they claimed the estimate increased by 46% (from original 2050 cf to 3000 cf)?
