Well [redacted] did a wonderful job this morning [redacted] also went through the system and the professional way that he behaved with his assistant that really made a difference I do want to have you guys as the maintenance company that comes here twice a year I really appreciate what you did and I would appreciate the work I I can smell it also I can also smell the difference so I really recommend there's no question about that so my name is [redacted] with a garbage or wrong way to [redacted] and

I had my two a/c units serviced by Universal Air today, and all I can say at this point is that [redacted] was awesome! He showed me all that he was doing and explained things to me as he did them. His confidence made me so comfortable in what he was doing and in his recommendations. Importantly, when I mentioned that I knew the units were aging, he said that they were working wonderfully at this time and that we'd face problems if and when they occurred. I have already recommended Universal Air to at least five homeowners in our association, and I've emailed the association's office manager suggesting that Universal Air become a preferred vendor. The professionalism that I experienced with this company today was amazing, especially when compared to shops where the technicians are paid on commission and intimidation/fear tactics are used to coerce new a/c unit sales.

This is a top notch company, customer service and satifaction a must. Everyone from office staff, to install technicians pleasant and easy to work with. Before and after job completion, statis checked. I would highly recommend this company for their reliabilty, honestly and overall knowledge of A/C units

6 days ago I called to schedule an appt. for air duct cleaning after receiving an advertisement in the mail through Valpak. The girl I spoke to was very friendly and said the first available was today the 30th between 8-12. The night before I received a confirmation call, I was told again 8-12 and would receive a call when then were 30 mins. away. 8-12 came and went, no one showed or called, I finally called and was told the tech was held up at the prior job due to excessive ducts he was not aware of, he was close to being finished and I was next, that was 12:30. As I sat and my day wasted away, I finally received a call from the tech at 5:00, he would be here in and hour......6:00........to start a job??? I told him to cancel and also called the office and told them to cancel, there were other businesses that would know how to tell time and would be happy to take my money. I understand problems occur, but there was no reason not to call and keep me updated or suggest we reschedule, that way I wouldn't have sat all day and not able to leave the house.

Courteous' excellent service and a professional job. Cleaned up nicely after the job was done. Very satisfied.

I called for the first time on 8-6-2014 and spoke with some one in there office. they were very nice and set up a appointment for one of there techs to look at the A.C for the next day. the A/C was installed on 5-25 -2012 and it has been wonderful for 2 years but two months ago the A/C started shutting down when it got hot outside the tech show up he went into the attic look at the drip pan and then look at the contacter then sad that will be 50 dollars I ask him what the problem was he told me that I dont know. He told me to call the company when it happens again. I told him that it happens every now and then, the compressor shuts off for no reason, even when it isn't hot outside. I checked the voltage that's going to the AC and it is apparent that its not the breaker. I think that the motor has a short in it, but the tech doesn't know how to check for it. Now, what do I do?
