Very positive and professional

Universal Home Improvement was very professional and did excellent work on our home after storm damageMichael did a great job working with the insurance company and us to set up the initial inspection of the propertyWe had issues with the inspector from the insurance company who showed up injured and in pain who did not do a thorough inspectionUniversal assisted in the process of setting up a new inspectionThere had still been issues with the insurance company and Michael explained and assisted with working through these issuesWhen we got to the actual repairs the crew showed up and did an outstanding jobMichael did a great job talking us through the work project ;step by step and answering all questions we hadWhen all work was completed the crew cleaned up so well you could not tell that work had been doneThis was the best experience I have ever had with a contractorFrom the initial meeting to final payment Universal did an excellent job!

Mike [redacted] was extremely punctual and professional throughout the whole roofing experience If he said he would do something, he followed through without me having to worry about it He not only got the roof replaced in one day, but even helped with calls to the insurance company If I had any questions or needed assistance, all I had to do was contact him I would definitely refer Mike to anyone in the Greater Denver metro area that is looking for a roof replacement

I had a very good experience working with Universal Home Improvement with the installation of a new roof and gutters on my home after it was damaged in a hail storm a few years ago The roof and gutters look great I am very happy with the quality of the materials and the workmanship performed Mike was very professional and helpful throughout the process and working with my insurance company I would definitely recommend Universal Home Improvement

This company was spectacular to work with Very friendly and worked very well to accommodate our needs Would definitely recommend to family and friends This company did our whole block with their service and every one is very happy

I got referered to Universal Home Improvement by Home finder..The president of the company Mike personally came out himself on a rain day and again on a dry day which was on a Sunday and fixed our roof issue within minutes! Totally happy and would have him back in a heartbeat !

These gentlemen we very professionalThe work was completed in a timely manner, they helped me file the insurance claim and followed up when necessaryI would recommend them for any home improvement needs, especially roofing repair/installation, which is what I had done
