The service was excellent, the team of Kyle and Chip was also excellent. They were provincial answered all my questions and did a great job. The only thing I thought that was a bit out of line was the cost charged to thaw out my kitchen water line. And I had a coupon for $25 off that I for got to mention and use.

Kyle V and staff truly did a great job with repair to my discharge line, installation of new sump pump with water back up system. Kyle V listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and his workmanship was “spot on” because installation was clean looking/professional. I also had additional service not scheduled because Kyle V suggested and I knew it needed to be done. The crew completed my work in one day and I would use Universal Plumbing and Sewer for my future needs.

Very Professional and a good clean job but due to sickness and holidays a two day job took three weeks. His helper Patrick was also very good. The job was left clean and looked good.

I had a very bad clog in my kitchen sink’s pipe that was running all the way down to my basement bathroom, and it seemed that I needed to jet it or change the pipes and it would’ve been a mess and it would’ve flooded my basement, but Mark was very knowledgeable and professional and spent almost three hours not giving up and finally worked and saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company, and I definitely recommend Mark.

Found this organization to be professional from the customer service representative who takes the call to the service technicians they send out.

Kyle & Chip were fast, double checked their work to make sure it was working properly and explained everything before hand and cleaned up after themselves. I only use Universal Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. for my plumbing needs. I have never had to complain about them. I have used them extensively over the past 2 yrs cause I have an old home. My son, daughter & mother loves them, too! They don't get an A+ rating for nothing...They do A+++ work!!! They are fair in their pricing compared to other plumbers. And I called at 8:30 am and they were out by 10:30 am the same day. You cannot get better, faster, or reasonable pricing. Use Universal Plumbing you won't regret it.
