This company had approached me about their ink and thought why not give them a shotThey were very nice in the beginning and then when I told them it wasn't any different than other ink we bought they got very rude and down right meanI guess I had to send them a check for the used one that they gave to try for free!!!(right I don't think so nothing is free) So I did and I also mailed back the other ink cartridgeThey called a week later saying they got my check and they will not send me a label to send back the other one.I told him I already sent it back and he said WHAT! and then spoke to his co-worker and cover the phone saying can you believe this chick she can't listen or follow directionsHe got back on the phone and sighed and said where did you send it then.I told him and he hung up the phone on meWhat RUDE RUDE SERVICE!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Scam with a capital S! They will try to get you to start a so called Sample and promise you anything from a zoo to not having to return the product to not paying for itOnce a week or so is up they will then call you weekly sometimes daily asking for your payment and demanding the original packaging and everything in betweenI tried so hard to follow their demands, but it gets ridiculousThey are liars and scandalous on a good dayAt one point the sales Rep demanded I pay with my credit card over the phone for the empty ink cartridge I sampled and threw awaySave yourself the headache, and the stupidity of ever dealing with this companyI suggest you use a great customer service oriented company like the one I switched to Results Computer!

This company is a scam They cal you up and offer you print cartridges that are high capacity and that you can get two for the price of one They cartridges are not high capacity and are priced extremely high (price for cartridge $their price $for two) after you use the two they send you and pay for them they then tell you that you are obligated to buy another print cartridge at $plus They then tell you that its in the invoice you received but when the first person calls you to ask you if they can send you a trial they never explain any of this so for I am getting print cartridges that should have only cost me

In January of 2015, I received a call from Universal Printing Solutions, getting me to order "2" of a particular toner for one of our printers They arrived; received another call to say we still had more from the original order placed As they never put anything in writing, I agreed to accept the additional Those additional turned into more packages of After the second to the last shipment, I demanded that I receive a cancellation letter They did comply; however, today I received another phone call, saying - did I remember that there were still toners left for them to ship I informed them that I would refuse the package They quickly asked if there was another printer that might need toner I would not answer them; so they are calling back in two weeks I do intend to write them with my concerns; and will mention that I have passed my concerns onto the Revdex.com An additional comment: They keep sending Target Gift Cards I probably have enough to give each of our employees one!

My receptionist ( [redacted] ) received a call from a guy named Mark from Universal Printing Solutions around June-JulyHe asked her if we wanted to try some ink (for cheaper than what we were buying from office max) We agreed to try the ink with NO CONTRACTWe received our ink and it worked fine BUTA couple weeks after that Mark called again, stating that the "rest of our order" of four ink cartridges will be shipped to us with a $invoiceWe were confused but agreed to take more cartridges since we needed them anywayWe started thinking this is some sort of a scamI (Kristina) decided that we will no longer buy from this company ever again due to their sneaky actionsMark called us again on Sepand said that four more cartridges were going to be shipped, [redacted] relayed to Mark that we did not order any more cartridges so do not send any moreI had called to let Universal to take us off their call list and that we will never buy from them againI called Universal around 2:30ish on Sep29th, and spoke with the front desk lady and she told me Mark is on the other line and Mark will have to call me backI never received a call back from MarkLater on I called and left a message stating that I never received a call back and if my business if so important to you (that is what they have their recordingpshhh like they care about their customersGood act guys) that I expect a call back the next morningNever received a callCalled again around 10:45am on 9.30.15, Mark was not in the office yet [redacted] called back around 12:30ish and spoke with a Angela and she was very rudeShe would not let [redacted] speak or get a word inAngela told [redacted] that this is part of our contractWhat contract? We never had a contract! Mark told us that this is a "free trial" to see if we liked the ink [redacted] told Angela that when we receive the ink we will be shipping it back and not paying the invoiceAngela said you cannot do thatWell that is what we are going to do because you guys scammed us so I will shove it right back at you [redacted] and Angela got in an argument, [redacted] got really frustrated and hung up on AngelaThis is dis-honest, scummy companyDO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BS!!!!!!!!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone or ever order from them again

Their bait is that the cost of the toner for the first order is a savings So you bite After that, they ask if you like the toner and would you like more You say yes, but this time they bill you for much more than the first order was for And much more than what you were paying prior to you ever dealing with them In addition to the ridiculous billing, they call you once a week I regret the day I took their first phone call

We fell for the "deal" of them sending us a pack, if we didn't like one then we didn't have to pay for themWe got the invoice, they charged us $per toner cartridge, plus $a piece for shipping when they shipped them in one boxThis was our conversation Right off the bat I told Dan that we wanted to return the cartridgesDan- "Well, why?" Me- "Because they cost times the amount as staples and you charged us $A PIECE for shipping." Dan- "Well, these are double toners, they last twice as long as the Staples ones." Me- "No, we just went through one of yours, it lasted about the same amount of time as our usual ones." Dan- "Well, we can knock off the shipping cost for you." Me- "No I want to send them back." "Well, our cost is $a piece, what if we just charged you that." Me- Now how exactly does the price go from $to $67? We do not want anything to do with your company, I want to send them back." Dan- "I'll send you a return address label." Me- "Thank you."

Their Crap Ink ruined my printer They never sent a return label to return the other inks Called their Customer Service and off that bat treated with an attitude Even when pointing out this to him, he was [redacted] RUDE!!! Way to do business

This company Universal Printing is a HUGE SCAM! Do not accept their "free trial" of inkThey say if you aren't satisfied then you don't have to pay the invoiceThey will say if you used it and it didn't damage anything that you must be satisfied and then they demand you pay the invoiceThe prices for these cartridges are ridiculously expensive and I thought it was suppose to be a "free trial"!
After arguing the price was taken down to $for one cartridge and that they would send a UPS label to me to ship the other one backAfter asking for this change to be sent in writing, I received an email with one line stating the $to be paidI then asked for a proper invoice reflecting the $to send to accounting and at that point I was told the $offer was off the table! He said I refused the offer and it is turning into something else now so he is not offering it anymore
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! It is a waste of time, money and energy! They are rude and just looking to get money out of anyone and everyone

This company claims their cartridges last twice as long as the OEM cartridges supplied by HP, Brothers etcI reluctantly agreed to try their product, and it failed miserablyIt did NOT last longer, much less twice as long as they claimedI started receiving invoices and phone calls immediately, even though I agreed to only trial their cartridges, not to purchaseTheir pressured sales pitch should have been my first clue that this was not a reputable companyDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After further researching the company, I realized that this was not going to work out for meThe price with my current cartridge was much more affordable than theirsWhen I called, they were very unprofessional compared to they only time I spoke with them (when they were trying to get my business)Then when I was trying to let the guy know that I was questioning the cartridge, he cut me off and asked me with an attitude what I wanted to doI told him that I didn't want to try the cartridge because it was going to cost me much moreHe was not pleased and told me that he was going to send me a return slipBut he was so rude that I was happy with my decision to not use their products

Our office manager got sucked into thinking she had agreed to purchase a ton more cartidges than she thoughtYes you get toners - but not a great deal like they say - and they make all these claims about these toners lasting a lot longer than other brands - but when you get them they're the same brands that you've been buying all along for cheaper!!! As long as you're sending them money, they respondAs soon as you have a complaint or a problem, it's impossible to get them to respond
STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

After Universal Printing called and giving me a really nice speech about their good quality-long lasting products, I decided to give them a try. I told them that this is a very small company so we really do not buy ink too often. They offered three (3) black cartridges for $57 (plus shipping), that I had 30 days to try one cartridge and if all good, I had to pay for all 3 and so I did. If not, to return them at no cost. After 30 days, they called regarding payment. I received an additional discount for paying with a credit card over the phone so I felt happy I saved on the shipping and handling. The representative, Don, was super nice. After receiving the payment, he mentioned I will get a phone call every week to check if I needed to place new orders but that in couple of days I would receive a call to complete the order for color cartridges. Well, the call came in today and they wanted to charge me over $320 for 6 color cartridges total, 2 of each color. When I said they were out of their mind, they had Don calling me again. This time he was not that nice. He was really pushy on closing the sale. He even offered $40 discount and an a $40 gift card from Amazon. I still said "no", to keep the discounts. He start telling me that their products were petroleum base, thicker ink that would last much longer than the ones I get at the store. I still said "no" and that for that price I could get 21 cartridges, that I did not want anything else from them. I am so disappointed how the call ended. He said I will be hearing from their collection agency... ?? No idea what he was talking about. I wouldn't be surprised that they are selling the same products you buy at the store. The black cartridge is $19 so Universal Printing sold me the first 3 for $57. I will be darn stupid to pay $50 for each color one, when I can get three color combo pack for $47.50. PLEASE STAY AWAY. HANG UP AS SOON AS THEY CALL.

This company is a scam. They cal you up and offer you print cartridges that are high capacity and that you can get two for the price of one. They cartridges are not high capacity and are priced extremely high (normal price for cartridge $105 their price $351.06 for two). after you use the two they send you and pay for them they then tell you that you are obligated to buy another print cartridge at $400 plus. They then tell you that its in the invoice you received but when the first person calls you to ask you if they can send you a trial they never explain any of this. so for 751.06 I am getting 3 print cartridges that should have only cost me 315.

My receptionist ([redacted]) received a call from a guy named Mark from Universal Printing Solutions around June-July. He asked her if we wanted to try some ink (for cheaper than what we were buying from office max) We agreed to try the ink with NO CONTRACT. We received our ink and it worked fine BUT..... A couple weeks after that Mark called again, stating that the "rest of our order" of four ink cartridges will be shipped to us with a $142.00 invoice. We were confused but agreed to take 4 more cartridges since we needed them anyway. We started thinking this is some sort of a scam. I (Kristina) decided that we will no longer buy from this company ever again due to their sneaky actions. Mark called us again on Sep. 29. 2015 and said that four more cartridges were going to be shipped, [redacted] relayed to Mark that we did not order any more cartridges so do not send any more. I had called to let Universal to take us off their call list and that we will never buy from them again. I called Universal around 2:30ish on Sep. 29th, 2015 and spoke with the front desk lady and she told me Mark is on the other line and Mark will have to call me back. I never received a call back from Mark. Later on I called and left a message stating that I never received a call back and if my business if so important to you (that is what they have their recording. pshhh like they care about their customers. Good act guys) that I expect a call back the next morning. Never received a call. Called again around 10:45am on 9.30.15, Mark was not in the office yet. [redacted] called back around 12:30ish and spoke with a Angela and she was very rude. She would not let [redacted] speak or get a word in. Angela told [redacted] that this is part of our contract. What contract? We never had a contract! Mark told us that this is a "free trial" to see if we liked the ink. [redacted] told Angela that when we receive the ink we will be shipping it back and not paying the invoice. Angela said you cannot do that. Well that is what we are going to do because you guys scammed us so I will shove it right back at you. [redacted] and Angela got in an argument, [redacted] got really frustrated and hung up on Angela. This is dis-honest, scummy company. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BS!!!!!!!!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone or ever order from them again.

In May 2016 I was called by Universal Printing Solutions to try a toner cartridge. They promised that I didn't have to pay until I knew that it was a good deal. I told them that it would be a long time until I was able to figure that out because I don't print that much. They called every couple of weeks to find out how it was going and didn't ask for any money at that point. Then in November the caller asked if I would pay by credit card I would get a discount. I paid and 1 day later I received a call from Rachel telling me that when I ordered originally they were short stock and I should have received 4 cartridges and I would receive two more and Angela the verifier would be calling me in a day or so. Angela said the cartridges would be sent out and an invoice for $200+ would be sent and due in 30 days. I told her I never agreed to more than 2. I asked if she had it in writing or on a recording proving that I agreed? She said it is written down. I asked why she was calling then. She said she was just making sure we were at the same address. We hung up and I looked on this Revdex.com site and saw all of these complaints that matched what I was going through. I called back and spoke to Brandon and told him not to send any more cartridges, that I won't pay them. He said they would not send any more if I was cancelling. We hung up. My boss said I should have the cancellation in writing so I called back. This time Alena answered the phone. I told her I wanted a written cancellation letter. She said she wrote cancelled on my order and was to give it to Angela in the morning when she came in. I will not pay any new invoices.

They called and offered to send me cartridge for my Brother printer and if they were ok then I could send them the money for the invoice if I didn't like them I could send them back, I tried one of the colored ones and it seem to worked ok so I sent the check for the cartridges and then I installed the black cartridge and was using that when I received a call from [redacted] thanking me for the order and the payment. Then he tells me that I agreed to purchase 4 more black cartridges and one of each of the color cartridges, I told him that I did not agree to that and the person that I talked to never said anything to me about ordering more cartridges he then preceded to tell me that the person that I originally talked to would no longer be working there after that day because they didn't tell me that so he asked if he could call me back in a few months and see if I needed more cartridges and I said that would be fine. That same day he called me back again and I told him that he had already called me earlier in the day he said he was sorry and hung up. The next day he called me again and I told him that I had already had talked to him twice the day before and he said he had broken leg and that he was taking a lot of medication and then said he was sorry and hung up. two days later he called me again and I told him that I had already talked to him 3 times in the last few day and then he preceded to tell me he had a bad tooth and was taking medication for that, so I said I thought you had a broken leg and he said yes he had that also and a bad back.
I told him that I didn't want the company to call me again ever and to take me off their list. I think this is really bad business practice for a company and I will not be doing business with them ever again. And now my printer is not printing right after using the black cartridge for a few days had to change it to my Brother cartridge and I am still experiencing trouble with the print quality, I think that they have a poor quality product and would not do business with them again.

In January of 2015, I received a call from Universal Printing Solutions, getting me to order "2" of a particular toner for one of our printers. They arrived; received another call to say we still had 2 more from the original order placed. As they never put anything in writing, I agreed to accept the additional 2. Those additional 2 turned into 2 more packages of 2. After the second to the last shipment, I demanded that I receive a cancellation letter. They did comply; however, today I received another phone call, saying - did I remember that there were still 2 toners left for them to ship. I informed them that I would refuse the package. They quickly asked if there was another printer that might need toner. I would not answer them; so they are calling back in two weeks. I do intend to write them with my concerns; and will mention that I have passed my concerns onto the Revdex.com. An additional comment: They keep sending Target Gift Cards. I probably have enough to give each of our employees one!
