We fell for the "deal" of them sending us a pack, if we didn't like one then we didn't have to pay for them. We got the invoice, they charged us $154 per toner cartridge, plus $27 a piece for shipping when they shipped them in one box. This was our conversation...

Right off the bat I told Dan that we wanted to return the cartridges. Dan- "Well, why?" Me- "Because they cost 3 times the amount as staples and you charged us $27 A PIECE for shipping." Dan- "Well, these are double toners, they last twice as long as the Staples ones." Me- "No, we just went through one of yours, it lasted about the same amount of time as our usual ones." Dan- "Well, we can knock off the shipping cost for you." Me- "No I want to send them back." "Well, our cost is $67 a piece, what if we just charged you that." Me- Now how exactly does the price go from $154 to $67? We do not want anything to do with your company, I want to send them back."
Dan- "I'll send you a return address label." Me- "Thank you."

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Order with Caution!!!! They make it sound like they want you try their products worry and hassle free, but when you call to return them, they are VERY rude and make you pay return shipping. Not that it would be a big deal, but the way they trick you into trying them and then treating you like crap when it doesn't work out is absolutely unacceptable. I am sure they have a difficult time keeping customers based on the service alone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Working for a company that uses a lot of ink, I get many MANY calls from ink/cartridge/toner companies trying to sell product. The very first question that was asked by Universal Printing Solutions is, can I have your printer model number? Right then and there I should have said "ABSOLUTELY NOT, do not call me again." I proceed with interest and they say we have this great deal going on for FREE toner for your printer. It's an open invoice, so whether you like or dislike the ink, they will not bill you. THEN proceed to call me, maybe 3 times in 1 week for a month straight. CONTINUOUSLY questioning me, trying to send 4 more toners out for the "4 other printers" I have. WHICH I DON'T HAVE! Already paid $100 for the "free" toners they sent me. The next 4 that would have been sent would have been well over that amount, that again, I NEVER AGREED ON! This is no deal AT ALL. The online company I go through now, QUILL - doesn't pester you, great deals on ink and toner and definitely a lot cheaper than this scam of a company. They tell me they are going to send me a $50 gift card, to a store of my choice. I wanted to inquire AGAIN, and they said they were going to bill me for the next 4 toners. I immediately said, I want nothing to do with this company anymore, take me off the list of people to call!
SO NOW - it's been about 2 months later, some lady calls me today and says they are going to send me out a $50 gift card of my choice. Here we go again. I said, I cancelled any toners coming to me, so I was confused and said "this isn't right." The lady had the nerve to ask me why I decided to cancel my order. I said because the prices weren't consistent with every person who decided to call me from that company. As I tried to continue explaining to her what had happened, she cuts me off and talks over me like she doesn't care what I have to say. WELL YOU ASKED!!! So I just hung up the phone. She calls again, almost 1 second later. "I'm sorry to bother you, but should I not send a gift card out then?" I said NO and hung up.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their Crap Ink ruined my printer. They never sent a return label to return the other inks. Called their 800 Customer Service and off that bat treated with an attitude. Even when pointing out this to him, he was [redacted] RUDE!!! Way to do business.

I was contacted about a "free trial" for their toner cartridge just like in the other reviews. They then sent me 5 more and told me I had to pay them for them because they had already opened the case for the first one. Reluctantly I paid for them and received a call that my account was closed. the small non profit organization that I work for did not even need 6 of them. A couple days later I received 18 MORE cartridges. They told me the first 6 were from 1 box of a case of 4 equaling 24 cartridges total and they are saying I have to pay them over $500 a month. I thought I messed up somehow but it's good to see I am not the only one with this problem. They told me they have me recorded accepting this deal and that I have no choice but to keep and pay for all of these that the SMALL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT HOUSES AND TREATS AT RISK YOUTH can not use or pay for.

After I read the other review on Revdex.com site, I just realized it is a standard practice (scam) that this company is running: sending you "trial" cartridges then calling you to thank you and wanting to send me more cartridges that I did not order. When they first keep pushing me to â??tryâ? their cartridge and told me there is no obligation to just try. I specifically asked if they will keep sending cartridges every few months or any string attached. I was told that no, they will not send me cartridges unless I order. I asked everything to make sure no strings attached. Immediately, I regret that I agreed for them to send me the trial cartridges. So after I received their invoice (understandably, the price is lower than the retail price), I paid right away to put this behind me. But now they called and told me 4 cartridges will be sent out. I said I did not order them. Then I was told I am obliged to buy that much to â??closeâ? my account. I said I did not order any more. But the woman on the phone insisted that I should not have taken the trial cartridges if I donâ??t want to order. I am still waiting for a call back to resolve this or see if I need to file complaints or take legal action against them. Basically, this is a company running on a typical scamming pushy marketing practice. I donâ??t even dare to try their cartridges. They donâ??t plan to have a long business relationship, just trying to get your ~$400 to â??closeâ? you account.

They were sooo nice and insisted that they could provide a great product at a great price. Even though we told them our printer model, they sent a product that wasn't compatible.
Then these nice people lost all of their decorum and became extremely nasty and most uncooperative.
I initiated a call to tell them that after 2 months that I never received the label that they promised to send for me to return their toner.
Cody replied, "Oh, you received it! Someone just threw it away." I assured him that I hadn't received it and asked him to send another. He said that he would not send me another label and he would just let customer service call me - (a collections call?).
In speaking with his boss, Jeff [redacted], he was equally as rude and short, but assured me that it was just because he was busy.

Don't waste your time with this company. They are horrible and not worth the headache.

I was contacted by Universal Printing and gave them a shot to try out their product. We were satisfied with the product itself and happily paid the invoice they sent us for 2 of the cartridges. I was contacted around a month later by them informing me that they were just confirming the shipment of my next 4 cartridges. I informed them that we are a small office and only need a new cartridge every 6 months or so. I told them that we do not need 4 cartridges any time soon, probably a year, but would be happy to buy from them whenever we are ready.
They insisted that when I originally said I was satisfied with the first 2 they sent me I had agreed to purchasing the remaining 4. Though I am certain they never said it, I explained to them that if that was explained to me originally, I apologize for not understand it. I told them again that we do not need the product at this point, but they said the order is closed and I have to take it and pay for it.
The woman I spoke to was very rude and not willing to work with us at all. They pushed this product on me all for a few dollars up front instead of investing in a long term relationship with us so that we would continue buying for years to come from them. Bad business.

Their bait is that the cost of the toner for the first order is a savings. So you bite.
After that, they ask if you like the toner and would you like more. You say yes, but this time they bill you for much more than the first order was for. And much more than what you were paying prior to you ever dealing with them.
In addition to the ridiculous billing, they call you once a week.
I regret the day I took their first phone call.
