We have waited three months to get our bathroom remodel completed We were sold a bathroom remodel that would take to days in [redacted] the handyman came out to the house three weeks later had left the bathroom is not done up to standards At the beginning of [redacted] Mr [redacted] the production manager came out to our home took pictures and said yes the work was not done efficiently and it was going to be redone it is now [redacted] they were supposed to come out again today and three different times we've been told that they continue to order the wrong product to fix our bathroom we continued we continue to call them they continue to have excuses why they are not completing our bathroom that cost $ [redacted] they have their money we want our bathroom corrected it was very poor workmanship and our bathroom needs to be corrected

Like any renovation, I did not know where to startAfter submitting a request through [redacted] , I received a call from Universal Renovations within seconds in regards to a courtesy consultationI must say I am very pleased that I followed through with this companyEveryone was very nice and helpful, and my bathroom was finished accordinglyThank you Universal Renovations

In mid-July I contracted to have my bathroom totally remodeled Work was suppose to start September 5th but didn't actually start till October 23rddue to getting a shower surround from their manufacturer I hear a litany of reasons why there were problems from the project manager On the day demolition was carried out , the junk wasn't haul away, it was put in my garbage cans to be picked up by the city My old toilet bowl sat in my kitchen for two weeks, very unhealthy When job was finally complete November 10th, the house siding was not put in after window was removed nor was it even ordered, poor job by project manager , he had over months to order it After writing a not so good review on their [redacted] page the problem was quickly resolved, I will give them credit for that My new bathroom sink is very slow to drain, I hired a plumber to fix that Lack of communications during the and half month project was typical The project management was very sub par I asked for compensation which a good company would have made amends but it fell on deaf ears at Universal I was billed the last segment of the project with their finance company days before the bathroom was done Over all I cannot recommend them to any one

[redacted] and [redacted] went above and beyond to get our roof repaired after an awful hailstorm

Has failed to uphold their warranty or set up a service date to repair their product
When the company sold me their products their sales men told me that their product was nearly impossible to damage and that if there was ever any damage all it would take is a simple phone call and they would come out and replace any damaged materialsShortly after they finished the job a portion of their siding became chipped and I called to schedule a time to have them fix the damageIt has been over a month and I have spoken with them several times to have the damage fixed and have yet to even have a time scheduled to have the damages fixedOn top of this it is nearly impossible to get a hold of themAnd often have to call or times before they will return a call

I love their services they were so professional and the remodels are amazing

One contact was made by company on ***We were unavailable at that timeI called company on ***, was told they would call us back ***No responseReceived message "the guys will be out weds (***) at 9:No one showedCalled company *** at 10:and was told "boss is in a meeting, I don't know anything about it"No return callMy husband called at 3:and was told "the boss is gone for the day, we will call you back tomorrow"No return callCalled company *** at 3:45p, no one answered the phone so left a message asking for cancellation of contract and refund of $*** from company called *** and stated "that is not how we do businessI will call you Monday *** with the date for completion of project." *** and have not heard from *** or anyone from companyRequesting cancellation of contract and refund of $***

We had them come in , make my shower wheel chair accessible and also build a wheelchair ramp onto our front porchSafe to say my husband loves them bothHe is now getting out of the house more, going outside with the grandchildren to play and its all because of UniversalThank You

Universal renovations did a whole tear out and turned a grungy bathroom into a gorgeous spa like retreatFrom start to finish they were clean and very professional and even personableThey get stars

We are very happy with our new windows I wish I would have realized how awful our windows were years ago We could have been enjoying the energy savings all these years! The immediate temperature difference was enough to sell me Installation went without a hitch and was very professional Questions to the main office were always handled professionally and immediately

Paying for a window that has never been delivered or installedPrevious problems with purchase price have been addressed and are supposed to be fixed
