All positive - and so we contacted their local office. Sam (an exceptionally friendly, approachable man), responded immediately, and met with us to review the situation. He explained what we faced, and why, and then sat with us to discuss our options and the approximate costs involved. From that initial step, he and his team (the Pool Solar crew was led by Jason), were efficient, professional, and curteous. The job was scheduled and completed in good time. Shortly after completion, Sam returned to review the work and answer a couple of questions we had. No Sales pitches or pressure! Throughout the process, we felt well-informed and comfortable with our choices.

We learned a lot about the different types of inverters and panels available, and found some vendors very helpful in answering our questions, and others not so helpful. We also discovered some companies weren't really keeping up with the advancements in technology, and a few were even giving out factually false information.
We selected Universal Solar because they had the most experience with the type of system we wanted. Nick, their sales guy was very low pressure but always available and responsive to our questions. He was very patient with us as we tried to learn and understand these systems in order to make the right choice for our home. The installation when very smoothly, and the timing of the entire process went more quickly than we had anticipated. We liked that they have several folks on staff who are NABCEP certified, and were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the install crew.
We have had our system turned on for a couple weeks now and are very happy with its performance so far. We would strongly recommend Universal Solar for Solar PV system installation and would use them again if need be.
