I loved that they were not pushy in trying to sell us their equipment, but instead took their time explaining and answering any questions we had. I totally recommended them.

We recently replaced our old pool solar system with one from Universal Solar.
The sales rep, Sam, was professional and thorough in explaining the new system.
The installers were courteous and completed the job in approximately 4 hours.
Best of all the cleaned up the area very well.
We got four estimates from four local companies, and Universal Solar had the lowest estimate. The company has exceeded our expectations. When we had additional questions, Nick A[redacted] made time in his schedule to come by and answer them. Jason R[redacted] and Shaun N[redacted] were professional and helpful. They corrected existing mistakes in our plumbing and electrical systems, making it all look and work perfectly, and they also carted off the old heater. Nothing was left out of place; everything looked far better than when they started. They were able to complete the job sooner than we anticipated. Even in cloudy, cool weather, we have already enjoyed swimming in late November and early December. We are so pleased to have a free, infinite source of heat for our winter swimming. We had a in-ground swimming pool put in and decided to go for solar heating and
our pool company uses Universal Solar. Once the pool was complete and it was time for the installation for the Solar, Energy Specialist came over named Sam S[redacted]. He explained the whole process of install to us. He was very knowledgeable about their product and installation procedure. I became interested in water heater and electrical solar and Sam took the time with us and explained the product, process, procedure and the savings to us and we were sold. Our System Designer was Nick A[redacted]. The Installation team was Jason R[redacted] and Chase A[redacted] The entire team was very good and friendly and picked up after themselves without leaving any garbage around. They were always available to us to answer any questions we had even during weekends and off hours. We appreciate and are very thankful for a business having excellent people working for them. We are saving money on our investment!
Amazingly prompt and courteous service. My calls and text messages were always returned quickly. The sales representative arrive at the exact stated time. He was very professional,knowledgeable, friendly and very honest. My pool solar panels were installed on the promised date. The installers were friendly and professional. They even helped me carry in a large item from my van. When they completed the job, all debris was cleaned up and I was left with an awesome warm pool.
Two weeks later they had to return to remove the panels because the insurance company decided to replace my roof after the initial denial. I was charged reasonable fee for the removal and reinstallation, the job was done very professionally and promptly. My sales representative was very patient with me in regards to the second payment as my mortgage company forget to endorse the insurance check.
This company truly believes in customer service and provide an excellent product. Thank you for the excellent service.
