Please exercise caution when dealing with them!

Our Front Desk person received a call from a number associated with this company They explained that our prices for toner would be rising and ask which model printer we had so they could verify if it would affect us After this they began shipping Toner to us at marked up rates Unfortunately we paid for some of the toner This company has now changed its name and is known as Supply Solutions Pro

All of the other reviews are true with the point that they call acting like the a vendor for your company. The company I'm with, we are under a contract with our machines. We ran out of a toner and coincidentally received a phone call about toner. I was also told about a price increase and if I bought now we would be locked in at the lower rate for 2 years. They did not ask for a credit card number but there was an invoice attached to the package when it arrived. However, there was no price on the invoice or model number for the toner. I called our distributor b/c the toner we received was not correct for the machine that ran out. My distributor is the one who informed me that we have a contract with them and do not pay for toner anyway. He also informed me that the company is a toner pirate and they have even called them to try to scam them. He said to send it back, do not open it, or reseal it best you can if you have, and send it back. We plan to do this today. Good luck everyone, this is definitely a scam.

They called our business and gave the impression, with knowledge of our equipment , that they were associated with our contractor. They stated that toner was going to increase in cost and I could lock in a price for the next 24 months if I made a purchase . When the bill came with a different company name, I called to say I would be returning the toner. They told me there would be a charge of nearly $50.00 to return it. They record the conversations, and although I'm sure they slip in all the words necessary to avoid a law suit, they misrepresent who they are. Further online research confirms that many have complained about the same issue.

I received a call from a woman claiming to be one of our vendors, who said they were associated with Xerox, which is who our contract is with. She knew my equipment model numbers and everything. She informed me that their prices would be going up significantly, but that if I order a toner today they could do a price freeze for 12 months. I agreed and received the toner in the mail. Along with the toner was an invoice for an extremely ridiculous amount (about 6 times what this toner usually costs) from Universal Supply Corp. I didn't think that it was correct, but went ahead and gave it to my accounts payable department. She unfortunately saw no problem with it and went ahead and paid them. About two weeks later, another woman called and tried the same bit with me. I informed her that we did not need any more toner at this time. She then proceeded to hang up on me, which was a big red flag. Then I received another toner in the mail days later, after me telling her we did not need more toner. I looked up the company so that I could return the product, and found a web site for them. This time the company name was Simply Office Supplies not Universal Supply Corp. I called and was told that this order was not from them, and that they had no office or shipping facility in Gandville Michigan. So, I googled the address with the name and I found all kind of "scam alerts" regarding the address used. Apparently the address used is a mail forwarding facility. From what I read, If you EVER receive something from the address "2885 Stanford Ave SW, Grandville MI 49418", it is more than likely a scam. This is a mail forwarding address, so that the original address is not on record. This is a complete scam! They are ripping off big and small companies left and right. PLEASE BEWARE of either company- "Universal Supply Corp. or Simply Office Supplies". Even if they have information on your equipment, do not trust them! Do not accept! They will take your money and give you the run around. I can't believe I let the first invoice go through, it make me so mad! They will NOT receive another dime from us.

They called our company & gave the impression that they were associated with our vendor, knowing what ink cartridges orders had just been placed. They stated that toner was going to increase in cost and I could lock in a price for the next 24 months if I made a purchase . I never received a bill, but I did receive a phone call stating that we owed them over $600. Once I asked for their "so called" recorded message they claimed to have, apparently management was unavailable on a Monday morning, I am sending their ink back & will NEVER recommend anyone to doing business with this company! They are scams who collect information on the products you use, then claim to lock in a price for a year! Oh, & the best part is they call the day after you order toner, to make you believe you are speaking with your vendor & not a separate comapny. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
