License plates were issued in February and mailed to Mr [redacted] He did not receive them and contacted [redacted] at AutoNation HondaOn June 13th, we requested and received substitute plates and per Mr [redacted] ’s request, we mailed them to him certified mailUSPS says that they were not delivered and returned to us on July 5thWe have not received them [redacted] received his email of 8/requesting another new plate application and she sent it out that day, we have not received it back from himShe also left him a message that day and has not heard from himHe had requested that we mail his plates to a Honda dealership in ElK GroveGiven the circumstances of not receiving his plates in the mail, we did not feel comfortable doing thisWe have been in contact with Mr [redacted] and are going to meet him at DMV on 9/10/to apply for his plates and hand them to him

I am rejecting this response because:FebI came to Autunation Honda stating the driver's front window isn't workingMy rear slider window was perfectly fineWhen they returned the car on Febthe rear slider window was broke.It happened under their care

We can't find any complaint prior to this one and are trying to reach [redacted] for more information

The payoff the customer gave us was much lower then they thought, we did get this resolved

I am rejecting this response because:I never said they charged me. But since the rear slider window switch got broken under their care, and they did not fix it, I had to go to a different auto shop to have it fixed. And it cost me $203.00. Forget the refund, as long as they know they lost a long time loyal customer. To sum it up: I went in there with the rear slider window working, and it was broken when they returned the car to me. I hope they also read the customer satisfaction rating I gave them.

Our sales manager talked to Ms [redacted] and they went over all her options for refinancing, cancelling of products or trading in her vehicle Also went over all her paperwork showing what products were purchased and all disclosure forms The sales manager gave her his business card and told her to call if she had anymore questions She thanked him and left knowing all her options

I am rejecting this response because:We went in there to explain that their business practices were somewhat deceiving and to lower the payment somehow The only solution he had was to take off the products that we thought were given to us At this point there is no advantage to do this and we want to keep them He did not offer any type of refinancing to lower the payments and said there was no way to do this He did not offer any courtesy compensation and just appeased us He seemed irritated to have to deal with usSo all and all it was a waste of my time All we got was a half cup of coffee out of it

So without inspecting vehicle it sounds like an unrelated wheel balance concern, if consumer wishes to return to Honda Roseville we will diagnosis their concern and balance wheels only if needed at no cost to owner.If she chooses to have the vehicle inspected elsewhere we will reimburse owner up to $for the average industry standard cost for a wheel balance with documented repair invoice

Revdex.com:It is my understanding based upon the minimal acceptance communicated by the business
that Honda Roseville AutoNation is completely accepting the resolution I typed with my complaint. Additionally, *** *** spoke to me by telephone on 6/22/16, advising the interior detailing to remove the grease and grease stains would return the interior to the condition of the vehicle before the grease. I note this is not communicated in their acceptance, but I expect that to be a condition of my acceptance. It can't be merely, well we tried to get the stains out but we just can't, as that will leave the vehicle damaged. The auto exterior/interior detailing by the business' response is arranged by the Service Manager at the Honda dealer we choose, though again this is not addressed in the business' response. Is this correct?

Customer has already come and picked up the check Approximately two weeks ago

As per my previous complaint against Autonation Honda (Revdex.com Complaint #***), the dealership owes me a refund for a prepaid oil change program on a car that I no longer ownI traded that car in months agoAfter I filed my initial complaint last week,
the dealership contacted me and promised to send a refund ASAPThey said that it would be in the mail that day (8/14/15) or the following Monday (8/17/15)I have not yet received a refundIt seems what they promised was yet another lieThis is the worst car dealership that I have ever done business withI am documenting this whole experience to share with others.A check cut and waiting for me at the dealershipI will come pick it upI'm out of options with this place, aside from turning to the local news to expose Autonation's shady business practicesI'm sure that I am not the only customer whom they have lied to and misled for monthsI want a refund and to have this over with so I never have to deal with them again

Honda Auto Nation helped us exchange the faulty car for a new carThey gave us the amount we paid for the old car towards a new carWe wish to close this complaint as resolved

Dealer inspected owner vehicle 2/28/for a driver window not workingThe diagnosis was a faulty master window switchOwner was not charged for that diagnosis as the window started to operate after original master window switch was reinstalledOwner returned on 3/11/with the same concern of
the of the drivers window not working and the rear cab window not workingThe drivers master window switch was again diagnosed as the cause, and the rear cabin window failure was diagnosed as the rear window switch which is a different switch from the master switchAgain, Mr*** was not charged for that diagnoses timeHe choose to have another repair facility repair his vehicle for the sum of AutoNation at no time caused the failure the two year old switches or charged him any related diagnosis or repairs for that concernI would have to assume that the rear window is working correctly after our diagnosis and their repair

Agree to customer's request. Ask that the service manager of the facility he takes vehicle to contacts our service manager, *** *** *** ***, before repairs are started

It did not take me two weeks to report the problemI was there on Marin the afternoon and the foreman mechanic ***, looked at itHe said he needed more time to check it furtherSo I made an appointment for Mar wit my service advisor ***.I can only take care of my car problems on SaturdaysI have submitted all the documentsThey wrote on one invoice on Mar that the switch has been tampered with

This has been taken care of.
