This company makes it so hard if not impossible get a legitimate claim paidThey always ask for more and information to avoid paying the claim! I filed a couple claims back in March- and first they said they didn't receive my fax with all the information they needed on those claims (I spent like $to fax them)I spoke to a representative in June and I told him what I sent and that that is perfect and that is all I would need to resend to receive paymentsWhen I called back I was told I need to go to the ER and have the Drwrite a hand written detailed report of the visit!!! I sent ALL (pages) of the DETAILED paperwork that the hospital had for that ER visitThe ER said they DON't ever do what Colonial Life is asking forWhich makes total sense to me!!! As for my chiropractic claim they told me the same thingThey also told me they deal with many supplemental insurance companies all the time and the information they gave me is always sufficient for those companiesI feel that Colonial Life goes way out of their way to make it nearly impossible to get a claim paidThis has costed me A LOT of my valuable time to keep jumping through hoops and always being told I need to send more information!!! I am very frustrated and upset.: I would like to be paid immediately on the claims I submitted
