HelloThis customer did call and question the tax refund, due to the rep not being very sure about the procedure on the tax amount she stated she would be more than happy to put it on the customers account as a creditThe reason for the credit is that we had already processed his check for the return he had sent us back on Customer had requested the credit on his account for the next order and then he proceeded with this complaint claimPlease inform us as to what the next step with this $will be so we can close this case and make the correct adjustments on the account

HelloWe have submitted a refund slip for this refund on January ***, this means we submitted this to accounts payable for processing and then it gets printed and mailed say in about 4-days after this submissionIn this case we do understand that it has been about days take away the processing
timewe have explained this to Heather when she called and we also explained that the Person that handles the processing and tracking has been out of the office for almost weeks and will return on Tuesday the *** we asked Heather to give us till then to track and get full details from the person regarding this refund check

return he had sent us back on 9/**/2016. Customer had requested the credit on his account for the next order and then he proceeded with this complaint claim. Please inform us as to what the next step with this $1.60 will be so we can close this case and make the correct adjustments on the account.

Good Day,We have spoken with [redacted] and have informed him of the outcome on his claim, We had sent him an email stating he could send back the oil he was unsatisfied with In this case the Blue tansy and we would refund him for the return at no time did we ever tell this customer to send back every oil he has purchase past the refund period for a refund. [redacted] took that upon himself to send back oils that passed the refund period and expect us to refund him for all the old order's that we do not do we refund up to a year and that was advised to the customer and it is clearly on our return policy tab on our website. He was how ever refunded for the oils that fall into the year and I have also refunded his shipping fee as a courtesy as we do not refund shipping cost for returns. [redacted] called us several time after his first Revdex.com complaint and we explained this to him a few times before he made the decision to complain again about the same matter that has already been explained. amount he is requesting, this was not done for the customer does not have the remaining bottles. We can not refund for items we did not receive form this customer.
