Dear Mr*** We are sorry you’re having a water related issue; we pride ourselves on providing high-quality custom homes with value in mind.Unfortunately your home was constructed by JJD Mastercraft Builders, Incusing the marketing name of Mastercraft Builders in 1997; homes constructed in
that time frame carried a year full warranty and a year structural warranty JJD Mastercraft Builders, Incceased operation in and administratively dissolved in All contracts documents from JJD Mastercraft Builders, Incare no longer available and we have no way of verifying if *** was to be installed to the complete structure, it was a common practice within the industry to apply *** to the soffit areas only in MC Home Builders, LLC was formed in and purchased the rights to market under the Mastercraft Builders labelWe would welcome the opportunity to review your current water problem and help come to a resolution

As a course of standard business practice the proposed construction agreement was submitted to the office on 06-10-along with a proposed down payment check for $which was deposited in accordance with our business practiceOn Monday 06-15-the proposed contract was presented to and
reviewed by the members and rejectedA phone call was place by Lorenzo C*** - Member/*** stating that we could not go forward with the proposed construction Contact and alternative solutions were offered. On the next check run of 06-19-a check was issued back to the ***'s for the proposed construction down payment.On 06-12-the proposed construction agreement was forwarded to the ***'s financial institution of choice *** *** ** *** *** upon Mr***'s request. Per Chris C*** the ***'s where informed that this is a proposed construction agreement, not a contract until signed by a member/*** and it was still subject to review and could not be used as final contract until accepted.We do not feel any additional compensation is due in regards to The ***'s' s claim of a construction contract as the proposed contract was not accepted (see attached page of the unsigned proposed construction contract).

I am rejecting this response because: Smith Volvo is without a doubt the most underhanded car dealer on the planet! During my negotiations to purchase the car I asked the salesman B[redacted] to allow me to put a cash deposit on the vehicle until I could travel to Califotnia to have a pre-sale inspection of the car. I was told that Smith Volvo would not allow a deposit and I would have to sign the contracts the next day. Also, I was told that due to the sale being out of state I would have to have the car shipped by truck so Smith Volvo would have a Bill of Lading to show the State of California that no sales tax had been collected by the Dealer. When my car was delivered it was damaged. I repeatedly asked for a Bill of Lading and have been told repeatedly there IS NO BILL OF LADING as required by law for interstate shipping. I have contacted the DOT re this matter and have also contacted the State of California. I intend to sue Smith Volvo in Federal Court for Unfair and Deceptive trade practices, Negligence and Fraud(No Bill of Lading). I have bought 3 cars in 3 years from this dealer, and I look forward to bringing the horrible shady business practices of Smith Volvo to light.

Temporary Drive:  Survey provided by homeowner and approved by municipality with no indication of Illinois easement requirements.  Temp drive was installed per survey.  Temp Drive Correction: Bid secured for removal of incorrect temp drive and replacement - Bid rejected by...

homeowner.  Prior to securing and submitting additional bids was informed homeowner was going to take care of their own temp drive.  Issue was resolved. Truss Issue:  Accurate Housing Systems acknowledges the tipping and subsequent dumping of trusses.  Trusses have been sorted and reviewed for structural integrity and replaced as needed.  Trusses have been scheduled, delivered and subsequently installed.
