The company messed up on my auto payment so I had a back balance.I paid the back balance, which I didn't think I owed that mush, over $***Then I received a bill for over $ [redacted] right aftermy bill is $ [redacted] dollars a monthI called and the operation manager Kevin looked at it at that time and said something was wrongThey auto bill my account every month but my bill still goes up every monthNot to mention from day one they don't pick up my trashI pay for biweekly pickupthey probably have missed it times or moreI've called about to times and they say they will look into this and call me back but I've received exactly one call back with a message that they were calling me backNo other follow up callsMy dumpster is sitting full againTried to call today but they were closed due to weather.Maybe I should have researched this companyBy looks at there reviews on the internet and Facebook seems like everyone has the same problem
On or about the 30th of October, 2017, my family relocated to [redacted] ** I had observed trash receptacles from Updike Industries on our street and contacted them to establish rubbish collection services for my new residence A charge of $ [redacted] was placed on my credit card for the container deposit and services were scheduled The container never arrived and took multiple calls over a four week period for it to be delivered The trash was placed curbside no later than 5am on the appointed collection day over a period of five weeks and the trash was never picked up Multiple calls to Updike failed to resolve this issue and service was terminated by telephone Over the past four months, I have been receiving bills, incrementally increasing with a charge for a service that I do not receive Additionally the trash container has still not been removed from my property I am currently making weekly calls to Updike to attempt to resolve this and each time I listen to useless excuses
I paid my last bill in full in January I spoke a guy named Tom and he said he would cancel my account They had cancelled my service by not picking up my trash since then but I am still receiving a bill from them After multiple calls and voice mails I am tired of receiving bills that do not apply I told the last person I spoke with that if I got another bill from them I would report them and I am The bills need to stop coming to my house as I do not get service from them and I do not owe them any money

My trash has not been picked up for almost four weeks WHEN they answered the phone they said they had driver issues Now they do not answer the phone, return messages and emails to them are returned undeliverable We have black bears in our neighborhood and they have dumped my trash on several occasions It puts people in the neighborhood at risk
Last invoice was left open and the account has continued to accrue Late fees and Finance charges I have directed Accounts Receivable to credit the balance and put final closure on the account No more bills will be generated Sorry for the inconvience Kevin N***
We started service with Updike Industries in March, We paid the quarterly $ [redacted] and ended up with very spotty service We paid the next quarterly payment of $ [redacted] in July, but service stopped altogether so I called and cancelled the service It took four phone calls to get them to cancel the service and pickup their container They were supposed to have issued a refund of $ [redacted] for the months of August and September but we never gotten the refund I've called them a dozen times, spoke to George and Audry who both confirmed that I would be getting a refund but to date nothing
I am filing this on behalf of my mother as her *** She entered into a contract with Updike Industries to have them pick up her trash on a weekly basis She did not receive trash pick up for the following weeks 7/1, 7/15, 7/22, 7/and thus far has not received a pick up this week We have contacted them numerous times by email and phone but have received no results We have asked to have their trash cans picked up and removed from the property if they no longer wish to do the service and send us a refund I was told during one of the calls that they had drivers quit and this was the problem We received a call on August 6, in which Sarah left a message stating our collection day was going to be changed from Tuesdays to Thursdays but that they would pick up this week on Tuesday and again on Thursday However, the Tuesday pick up did not happen I called this a.mand left a message advising them once again to pick up their trash cans and remove them from the property an
There was a delay in getting service started primarily due to miscommunication in the service day The Account has been verified and is being serviced as scheduled It is a Wednesday not Friday service just so we are all on the same page Customer will be credited for a month of service for the start up pains Please call us any time if there are issues which need to be handled Kevin N***
