I was trying to find a great option to buy a houseI heard from some friends about UpnestOne of my friends said the customer service employees are very rude and provide no help, immediately I dislike the companyThen a friend told me they have great rebates, so I decided to give the company a tryI submitted my request and received a call by *** the same dayShe asked me questions about where I wanted to buy and the price I was looking forA couple days later I received no responseI was concerned because I told the young lady I was looking to buy fastI called no response, I sent her emails and even texted her from my cell phone and no response*** has made my experience horrible with UpnestI had to use Redfin they helped me the same day I contacted themI have let my friends know about this issue because my dear friend filled a complaint with the company and they did nothing about it

UpNest connected me with a great realtor I had never been to the area where I was planning to buy a house so I did not have a network of friends to recommend someone The discount at closing was a bonus

I used UpNest to find a realtor to sell and purchase my new homeUpNest was supposed to send me a refund credit for using the same realtor for both the sale and purchaseIt has been two months, and numerous emails asking for this refund, and they have yet to resolve the issueI have not received a definitive answer as to when I'll be receiving this refund
