Their documentation does not say that it takes upwards of months for redemptionEven if their is adequate documentation of this between them and my credit card, it does not change that it is an unreasonable time frame*** said that they do not transfer funds via wire or other direct transfer and made no indication on the phone that they intended to do soSo, while my comments are "taken under advisement," the outcome is the sameRegardless of documentation, taking upwards of months to provide me with my money is not reasonable and their company's Revdex.com rating should reflect their poor serviceIf they are unable to provide in this thread two things: 1) the specific plan that UPromise will be implementing (specific changes tot their processes and a timeframe for its rollout); AND 2) an offer to overnight me my funds after they cut checks on May 7thOtherwise, it's business as usual and their Revdex.com rating should reflect this

I still havent got the form. Doesn't take months to send me form so I can get my money. When I call there, it takes forever for them to answser. Last time I called, they hung up on me. I would like to go on record to state that the business (Upromise.com) is not providing me with a credit as a "courtesy". They are providing me with the requested credit/cash back award because I am entitled to it in accordance with their terms. The fact that the vendors (*** and/or ***) claim that I provided incorrect invoice numbers is contradicted by the copies of the ACTUAL invoices that I provided to Upromise.com, TWICE. Said invoices substantiate the order numbers that I previously provided as well as the dates of the purchases at issue.Moreover, I would likely be less incensed if this were an isolated incident - it is not (based not only on my own experiences, but based on the complaints filed by other users with the Revdex.com). Admittedly, mistakes happen. However, correctly awarding cash back is the business of Upromise - there should be more of an effort to ensure that this is done accurately and with as less inconvenience to the end customer as possible (recall that on two separate occasions, I provided Upromise with copies of my invoices at issue)

It is all said by UpromiseBut the fact is that they got the money from a lot sellers or websites but did not give it to meIt is simple and plainThey have the right to close my account which is fine, but they should give the money to meThey said I violate the policy, then please prove it and prove every transaction pleaseThe cashback I earn are more than year, some are more than years agoBut they said nothing about itThey just waited I earned again and agian for them, then just shut down the account one day, so they can steal the money from me.I know I cannot do anything since they have the money now and we are always the weaker oneI never expect that they will return the money to me beacause of it, but I will try my best to let everyone know how Upromise works and how they just steal money from meIf they can prove that they did not get any money from the seller because of my transactions, they I will pass it
