They suck their product is a joke and their size chart is a joke and they refuse to refund your money stay away from this business it's a huge rip off

Although my item came on time the size & color was wrong I tried to contact this company thru email & still no response & that was a month ago I don't recommend at all!!!

Ordered a waist trainer and received an item suitable for a two year old! The item was cheap,small,and smelly definitely not the waist trainer featured in the photo on their site. Uptown Fab is a fraud and a scam. Don't ever purchase ANYTHING from them. This is wrong and their site should be deactivated like....TODAY!

Would give zero star if I could. It arrived quickly which was nice, but is not what was advertised. Can’t return either as they only do exchanges. And I don’t believe anything I order from here would be worth it.

The waist trainer came in a timely manner, but it is Cheap!! Straight from China. Not like the picture. I ordered the Latex Waist Trainer-Double Compression. It is very short, so for women with regular size torsos it will not cover the entire mid-section. I sent an email to return, day 3 and haven’t not received a email back from the company.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a waist trainer like a month ago and still haven’t received it and when you tack the package it’s passed my address in shipping like 3 times. Will never order from them again! Hopefully people read the reviews before ordering. Had I read the reviews I wouldn’t be in this situation of feeling scammed!

Ordered an item that was cheap and too small. Tried to return or exchange and no one ever got back to me. Horrible company. Not reliable . No customer service . How are they still in business. Might as well order from Wish at least they reply.

I placed an order with this company almost 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive the products I ordered. Shortly after I made the order, payment was taken from my account. I have made two inquiries via email and I have yet to receive a response from anyone in regard to my request for a refund. The website claims that no refunds will be offered because of quick shipment of products. I have NOT received any products from this company. They're using the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse for taking people's money and not providing a product. I want my money back!

This company false advertised. The products that they are displaying is from another company, even the videos. I received my products after almost 4 weeks and the quality was Terrible! I order a latex waist trainer and the thigh trainer. the waist trainer has no latex or even spandex in it. It is made of nylon and polyester and very flimsy. I took a picture of the tag that stated the materials in and emailed customer support, still haven’t heard anything in over a week after phone calls and several emails.

Do not shop with them. Ordered almost three weeks ago and still no product. Emailed someone and still to response. Something needs to be done about these bogus companies.

I’d I could give zero I would. I had ordered two items from their website back on 4/20 and 4/22. I had reached out to them many many times via email and calling those 800 number and never got an answer/reply besides the automated one that says “someone will contact you in 24 hours”. I was trying to cancel the first order because I found something better on their site. They told me they could not cancel even though they had not shipped it yet. Here it is 5/22 and I’ve only received the second package which I order on 4/22 and got 5/13. The first package I assume is lost but they won’t reply. Good thing I paid through PayPal and can hopefully get it resolved their.

NOT GOOD SERVICE... It took way too long to receive my products. After emailing them back and forth, they still sent the wrong thing. Will not recommend to anyone.

It’s been a week and have not received shipping information. Avoid these scammers at all cost. I paid $13 for shipping and they have not even created a shipping label yet.

The shipping I paid for was 3-5 day priority shipping. I ordered it on April 26th, but the item did not arrive until May 15th...ALMOST 20 DAYS! Making matters worse, in the interim, I reached out to customer service with an inquiry about the order status and I never even heard back. Only after I filed a claim with the post office, did my package finally ship and start tracking. Additionally when the product did finally arrived, the material was not very thick. Way thinner than I had imagined and the Velcro on the item is not strong.

I placed an order on April 22, 2020 It is now May 8th and I still haven't gotten anything. I emailed them and got a no response. Don't buy from this place.

I got my order and it really helped me a lot. I understand there may be delays but you guys delivered. Thank you for delivering in a timely manner even in this difficult pandemic crisis.

Not sure who reads these, but can you please take action to shut them down? They take your money and give no products, which is fraudulent and first class scamming. I cannot believe they are allowed to operate.

I never received my item they are scammers, no one will send anything I stop receiving responses weeks ago.
