This company is a total rip off and crooked operation. On February 2, 2020 I ordered a pink latex waist trainer and my accounted was instantly debited. I left several messages thereafter, sent emails and messages via Facebook Messenger. I received the order it was the wrong color and wrong size. I returned it to them with that info. They took back the shipment and held onto my money. To date I have never received a replacement nor have I ever heard back from anyone

Amazingly, they advertise on Facebook but there is no place to write a comment. Something needs to be done to companies like these.

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I ordered a pink latex waist trainer on 3/6/2020 and it is 3/12/2020 I reached out by phone and email several times and no one has followed up with me. I filed a claim with my bank and reported the transaction as fraud so my bank will reimburse me since I can’t get a refund from them!!

I ordered two items from this website. After reaching out to them before shipping the products out I told them I no longer wanted them after reading the reviews. I received my order today and they are terrible. I ordered two of the same items and they look nothing a like. The quality is terrible as well. I also tried reaching out to them again about returning it and again I have not received any response. I messaged them through their email, Facebook, and even called the number on the website which is just a voicemail system.

Ordered products from website. They withdrew money from my acct same day which was on the 14th of February. On site, said I’d receive items between 3-5 business days. It’s already 12 business days later. I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response and called their contact number with no response. I’ve even messaged them through messenger with no response. Their website was untruthful when it came to shipping time and ALL their contact info is useless.

On November 8, 2019 I ordered a LATEX waist trainer with double compression straps as advertised on their website. They had a sale going and as a first time customer I should Have done my research of reviews ahead of time. If you type this company in on google you will see a plethora of reviews warning future customers of the same scam I was Put through. What I received Is nothing like what they pictured and advertised in pictures and description on their website. This company is committing fraud, robbing people of their money and sending products out that are too flimsy and soft to wear as a “waist trainer”.
The description stated steel boning and sturdy material. I wish I could leave pictures but I will On google. What I received Is a soft foam scuba like material with no steel boning in it. The fabric looks like they went to joanns fabric store and sowed it together. It has NO LATEX as advertised and NO STEEL BONING and is not made sturdy as they described. The pictures they are using they stole from another companies website and they are advertising it as their own and shipping out fraudulent merchandise.

Then they state their return policy says they cannot exchange any sale items when all their items on their site are on sale ! Their site states easy returns but I’ve called with no answer and I’ve emailed them and their only response is my manager is willing to give you a discount off any other purchase. My reply was HOW WILL I KNOW that the products on your site are not all fraudulent when what I purchased is not as advertised? I was Sent a price of scuba cloth. I took Pictures.
Needless to say I told Them I would Report them to Revdex.com and file a fraud claim with my bank. I will Report this on all social media platforms and expose them.

I am A Veteran of the USAF. I did Not serve my country to be mistreated or ripped off or scammed! The price of my money spent is not the issue, the issue is the gross injustice and Consistent fraudulent activities being committed here to countless customers, and now including me. This company refuses to do the right thing in giving me my money back. So I will Pursue all further legal matters until they do.

I first purchase item 04/09/2019 with 3 to 5 shipping guaranteed. Contacted company on the 17th, 18, 19 and 22, with various calls and emails no response. Left voicemails as well. USPS have not received item as well.
