Review: On September 25, 2013, an unauthorized charge of $150.75 posted to my bank account via payal from Anthropologie. Since I have not placed an order with Anthropolgie since June of 2013, I panicked that my account was hacked. I immediately called my bank and they told me to settle the dispute with Anthropologie. I emailed service@anthropologie right away. I got no response via email for two days. The email responses were from [redacted] and they provided no direction or information. When I called, nobody had any idea what I was talking about. I demanded to know what the order was for on September 25th, who placed it, who authorized it. The representative did not know, did not see any information in their system and did not see any orders placed since the one that I made in June 2013. They said that they would contact me back via email in 24 hours. I did not hear back so I contacted my bank and told them of the unauthorized charge on my account from Anthropologie in the amount of $150.75. The bank issued me a refund immediately since I did not authorize the charge on September 25th.

As soon as this action was taken, I received an email from Anthropologie stating that they were charging me for the order that I placed 4 months ago in June 2013. In June, I accepted that Anthropolgie would debit my account on that day or within reasonable time of that day. My [redacted] account shows that Anthropologie received my payment on June 16, 2013. When I received my order, I assumed that it was already paid for. My [redacted] account confirmed that to be true.

4 months later I get an unauthorized charge from Anthropologie for the amount of $150.75 on the date of September 25th. My account seems to have been tampered with. I believe that an employee tampered with my [redacted] account and recharged this amount of $150.75. After filing a complaint with my bank, I received an outrageous email from Anthropologie that I am being charged for the same order from June, again, 4 months after placing the order, and already receiving the merchandise. According to my records, I made this payment when I contracted to do so in June of 2013. If there was a clerical error made by either Anthropologie or [redacted] after that time, it is unlawful for them to charge a delayed payment of $150.75. This is devious, horrible customer service and absolutely unauthorized activity. I refuse the charge of $150.75 on September 25th. I did not authorize any activity by Athropologie past the June payment via [redacted]. This payment was authorized in June. I do not have the funds of $150.75 as of September 25th to make a clothing transaction and never authorized a delayed or double charge on my account. It seems like an employee has tampered with my account and none of this activity is legal.Desired Settlement: The unauthorized $150.75 needs to be placed back into my [redacted] account and I would like my open dispute closed with [redacted].

In my opinion, this online store purposefully practices billing fraud. I recently placed an order for Christmas and used an online code for 10% off my order. This amount was correctly reflected at checkout. When I checked my credit card bill, I had two charges from Urban Outfitters. One for the order total at 10% off, the second for the remaining 10%. Additionally, I paid for gift wrapping which I did not receive.
Customer service acted like they had no idea why I was charged the second 10%, and I wonder how many other customers unknowingly have this happen.
As of now, I am out over $15 in fraudulent charges. Waiting to see if refunds are actually posted to my account.

Review: Placed an online order from Urban Outfitters on 10/14/2013 and they cancelled my order the same day with no real explanation. I paid through [redacted] and now the funds for the order have been put on hold and I can not access it.

What gives Urban Outfitters the right to keep me from my money? All I did was try to order some clothes which I will never do again. I want my money back and a written apology for their baseless discrimination, wasted time and unacceptable inconvenience this has caused me.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and a written apology for their baseless discrimination, wasted time and unacceptable inconvenience this has caused me.

Review: I bought 2 hats. One is okay. The other one that was 9.99 smelled like mildew when it arrived 4 days after they promised. It said hand wash in cold water and dry flat. I did that and the hat swelled three times the size. It looks like a clown hat. When I tried to write a review on the hat on the website they would not post it. Shameful.Desired Settlement: You need to refund the 9.99 and the sg 10.00. You sent me a smelly hat that I cant use. I want an apology and a refund. NOW.

I ordered furniture from Urban Outfitters in the end of November, and it has been such a hassle getting it delivered. It was supposed to arrive on December 4th, but went to a delivery company (Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery) located about an hour away from me. It seems like they only send a courier to my city once a week, though they have flaked last-minute and have been very unclear with me on scheduling delivery. It's now a month after placing the order, and I still haven't received my furniture.

How dare they say they want to charge my card again? I cant waste anymore time with this crappy company they need to apologize and do the right thing without anymore inconvenience or cost to me. I can take it to the store and they can credit my account. I don't want another cheap smelly hat from these ignorant people/.
