The client has been shipped the goods, and it is disclosed PRIOR to allowing them to bid that it takes days, from paymentNOT AUCTION DATE! The payment and shipments all happen within days

I won a coin at auction from this company in early Nov I paid for the coin on Nov Since then I have not received the coin I have called their phone number or times (so many I am beginning to lose count), and sent or e-mails (same issue with remembering how many) and have yet to receive and answer or a return phone call The 1-phone number on the invoice is just an answering service that just takes my complaint and apparently drops it into a black whole This has been the most frustrating experience Do not expect good customer relations from this company months of no response it ridiculous

Dear Mr***, you claimed you were filing a chargeback, we didn't fight the chargeback, therefore it is up to you and your card issuerIf we could, we would do more, however, this is the 4th time you have filed on the EXACT SAME CLAIMPlease do not continue to drag us into this debatePlease email us the card issuers statements for the past year, perhaps if they haven't sent it to you, and you can prove it, we will file from our end We want you to be happy and to be sure you get the item or your funds returned

I have purchased approximately 80,dollars worth of primarily coins, gold and silver from US Assets Forfeitures and Seizures over a span of monthsI was told that it may take days or possibly more to receive the merchandise once the checks clearI purchase and resell many of the items I purchase and was prepared to wait the to daysHowever as time has dragged on I know have waited in some cases months and still do not have the items I purchasedIt is now to the point where Bryan Aspen will not return phone calls or emailsIt is my contention that he is ignoring me and has no intension on retuning my money or sending me the itemsIt appears that my money is in jeopardy and my only recourse now will be to file a lawsuit against both US Assets and Invaluable the auction company that represents them

Asset Forfeiture and Seizures sel some of the lowest grade merchandise available They give an estimated value for the merchandise they sell but rarely is this a reflection of the actual value Make sure to keep them accurate in the description because many times these descriptions are deceiving and once I received an entirely different item than the one in the picture although of the same value

Won items on their auction site and still have not received themBryan claims my items are already gone but most likely they never existed except in photo formThe listings, which I have copies, said nothing about like items, as Bryan claims, and it clearly says in the Terms and Conditions to view the photos in order to judge the coins before biddingThat does not make sense if the photos are not of the real coins how can I make a determination of the coins to place a bidBryan must use photos of higher quality coins then send lower quality coinsBryan's shipping department gets the blame from himThey sent me the wrong shipment of coins, which I am holding, and has threatened me with a lawsuit unless I send them immediately but Bryan not sending me my items must be OK with himDoes not seem right to me

I placed bids via the platform InvaluableUS Assets was the sellerthey allowed me to pay for items well over a month laterI thought I was automatically charged, I didnt realize I had to click pay now with the automated payment systemGot my product fast (days) and it was as described

Hello, this is a very serious matter that is being investigated by the USPS, the box WAS DAMAGED as per the USPS carrierWe have filed the insurance already and the agent should be in contact with the recipient any day nowIf no response by Insurance carrier we are more than happy to refund the charges and then we can await the insurance and get the recipient to relinquish claim on that check

Sir or Ma'am, I had won a few items from an online auction hosted by US Asset Forfeiture and Seizures INC on July 16, receiving shipping information on the items was difficult and even though I was told I would receive tracking information it was never providedI did receive an email telling me that two packages were shipped as of AugThe post office attempted to deliver the packages while I was not home and I picked them up directly from the post office on AugNeither package was damaged when I signed for them, upon arriving home I opened the first package and there was a paper inventory which stated the contents included silver oz bar, this was correctI opened the second package the paper inventory stated the contents were a Lot of random oz gold bars, a Lot of silver oz bars and a Lot of silver oz barsThis package only contained the silver bars in an unmarked bubble wrap, there was additional bubble wrap inside the package with a sticky note labeled

I won an Auction Several weeks ago and have not received my Coins that were won!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I not doubting the business's characterI have been dealing with this issue since April 23, I have conducted two additional transactions with the company after April and both invoices arrived with no issuesMy issue is after receiving those items I spoke to the CEO (Bryan) who stated that the Company changed shipping proceduresMonths later he contacted me stating that my invoice was found and that they were waiting to receive the items so they could be shipped to meAs well as the promise to include something extra for my patience and cooperationMonths passed again before I reached out to check on the status of my itemsI did not receive a call back from anyone in reference to my invoice and that is when I reached out to the Revdex.comThe complaint that was previously closed stated that I would receive my items or refundI accepted the response from the Company representative and still I have not received anything or heard from anyone about my refund or itemsThat alone is why I stated unprofessional business ethics, practice and etc...If the Company were in my position and purchased products and did not receive them, what would their recourse be? I won an item from them on 4-4- and waited about months for delivery, I contacted them first on Aug 23rd and was informed that it has been shipped twice second time 6-11-and they said they would check to see where it ended up I e-mailed them back and was told it was delivered to may addressI never received the item I won or shipping info or tracking numbers for this delivery I mailed them back asking for this info on Aug 23rd 24th 28th and Sept with no responseI would like this info so I can check with shipping company to see about the delivery

I purchased a lot consisting of a 5ozsilver bullion bar at an April 1st online auction for $including shipping and handling (invoice # [redacted] )I waited an appropriate amount time to contact them as to the status of my purchase because I hadn't received the itemUpon contacting the auction company they stated they hadn't received paymentI contacted my bank to inquire if the personal check I'd written had cleared my account and found payment had been made on April 16thI then contacted the auctioneer again, providing them with the check number and payment dateStill I received no shipping, tracking, or delivery informationI've attempted to contact them via phone, email, and through [redacted] , where I found their auction listing, numerous times with no successI no longer receive any response from them about any inquiries as to my purchase and feel they have no intention of delivery or refund

We would love to continue this dialogueHowever, There is no place to reopen this or to respond in writing except for here in this mannerI am shocked to see that the resolution was CLOSED Yesterday on Christmas dayI would like to point out that Mr***'s contention that documents are made AFTER the sale is incorrectIt is a real time auction, with bidders in house and online concurrently and I also stated that I would see if we had some of the goods to sell him at that priceThey were not sold to another bidder AFTER the sale, the clerk simply made a clerking errorDid not advance the sale price to the current going sale price online as to match the in house priceWe have explained this in every way available to usThere is no wrong doing hereA simple clerical error has made this bidder want something it appears they won, however, the terms in which we sell the goods are clear and state that the auctioneer may cancel any sale at any time for any reasonALL ONLINE sellers utilize this terminology to protect themselves from the internet issuesA connection can be severed and a lot seemingly can sell for far less than it actually doesA clerk can simply not advance the amount correctly or hit the wrong button very easilyMr [redacted] has stated that we did this on purpose and do not want to sell for the low priceThe issue is that the item was sold for more, to another bidder and the clerk made an error onlineA simple mistake that we are not the only ones to have or make [redacted] 's, [redacted] ***, US Asset Forfeiture & Seizures IncWe all use the terminology to verify and protect the seller, the consignor and the auction house from errors of omission, or internet issuesThe Invaluable software allows for auctions to VERIFY the hammer prices for this exact reason, which is what we didThe items shows that they are UNVERIFIEDThis is how they remain when there is an issue where goods are incorrectly hammered as sold or to an incorrect bidderNow, Pleae also review the following: I stated very clearly that I was trying to acquire an extra amount of those goods so we can go ahead and make this client happy seems to be brushed overPlease review our response, we state that we will see if we can acquire some more and sell them to him at a rate that is not even the silver melt valueWe would do this because Mr [redacted] has been a good client and we try to make all our clients 100% happy all the timePlease reopen the dispute and place this response into the threadWe are gathering the goods to sell to him and again I was distressed to see that it was closed on Christmas Day Best Regards Bryan
