I wished I looked at there reviews before buying from themThis place is an absolute joke over promise under deliverBought a bag of Morgan dollars and most of them are so worn you can't even tell the datesWorst customer service I have ever dealt with

I paid for my auction item (one), I never received my item, no phone call, email, or nothing at allThey have all my information on file, so I can bid on all kinds of itemsBut no one reply to meWhy not? I need my item send to me now

I purchased lots totaling a little over $on January 11th On February 1st I sent an email asking for an update on the items I had won I received a response reminding me that the auction indicated that it could take days or more but that it looked like my items were scheduled to be shipped the following week After more days I still had not received my items so I sent another email on Feb 13th asking for an update but did not get a response On Feb 19th I called and spoke with them and was told that my items went to the shipping company on Jan 21st They said they would check into it I received an email on the 20th indicating that they took items from the shipping company to ship themselves and that they would send me tracking information the following day Since then I have received no tracking information and I've sent additional emails asking for an update and called several times leaving voicemails with no returned calls or updates via email For a company that charges a 25% buyers fee I can't believe the lack of customer service I buy from several other companies that only charge a 15% fee and I receive my items within or days My fault for not reading the reviews however, after reading all these bad reviews I'm not sure how they are still in good standing with Revdex.com I'm just hoping to get my items but based on what I've read on here and the lack of communication and organization I've experienced so far I guess I should be grateful if I receive them at all Very disappointed Just one man's opinion but my advice is stay away from these guys They may be honest people (I hope) but this is no way to run a business and treat people given that they charged my credit card immediately after the auction I'm only putting star because isn't an option

First off, we are very sorry you are having an issueSecondly, our phone number works just fine and it gets calls all day long, over of themOur toll free answering service is hoursWe are West CoastSo perhaps a call during our time frame would be a better solutionWe see you have called at am PST, also after 5pm and on the weekends when we are having auctionsYou have been shipped everything you have boughtI addition, the timing in the terms states very clearly days or possibly longerWe use a third party shipperThey can only process about a dayWe sell over items a week Sorry for your issue

I purchased some coins from this auction house days agoMy e-mails and phone calls have gone unansweredNo tracking number has been sent and clearly there is no effort to provide customer service to update on the shipment of goods that individuals pay for on the day of the auctionI will be submitting a claim against this business if it does not immediately respond to emails and meet its own terms of shipping the goods purchased to the buyer within days of purchase

I Won an Auction with this company for a Gold Buffalo $coin, along with a Roll of Uncirculated Franklin Half Dollars, on 05/06/2016.There was a SLIGHT problem to begin with, because they used the WRONG Credit Card, that I used for Auction ONLY, and they used My debit card, that was NOT on file with the auction companyThe Money was then transferred from one card to the otherIt took several days to change that, and it was doneThe company got their money, and everything was I thought fine at that point? It seemed there was some confusion on the items to be sent, because I had Won another auction weeks before that time with this same companyI then waited a couple of weeks, and after NOT receiving My coins, I sent the owner an email stating this, being a LITTLE Perplexed and He replied, I have been OUT of town! " I will personally get this out Myself today! That was 06/22/2016! After waiting for My package for a total of weeks, I thought a contact to the Revdex.com would get someones attention! Now, after I called and told Him I had contacted the Revdex.com, He sent an email stating the coins WERE on the way??? We will see???

The client paid this with a credit card in another persons nameWithout telling us this the association was never madeWe handle over invoices a year with self pay applet to facilitate the clients payingOnce the days were up, Mr[redacted] started calling us and we found the paymentThe payment was made with a NON AVS matching credit cardOur card processor stated we should not shipSubsequently the client wanted it shipped to another name at another addressWith the online fraud and scam situation, we are required by VISA, AMEX and MASTERCARD to ship only to bathing AVS addressthe invoice had one name, the card payment another, and a third was the requested shippingWe refunded this purchase, PRIOR to this being filedThe card issuers can take up to days to refund the card holdersThe transaction from our bank account was January 11thWe sincerely understand the clients frustration, but the card that paid this was not even in the clients nameWe feel this filing is erroneous and for a claim to be filed, one would need to have paid for it in our estimation

I bought coins from this company months ago still fighting the credit card claim

This business is not reputablethe owner/manager does not follcommitments made, items promised to be shipped repetitively miss shipping dates, items received have missing items, some items received were of low grade and quality and certainly did not meet auction listing estimatesone missing item was reported and confirmed to the owner/manager on 8/23/who committed to send the missing itemthere has been no further word from the business owner/manager and no response to email inquiries Reimbursement of overcharges from misleading auction item descriptions have not been acted upon This business' practice of 'terms noting shipping may take days or moreis a ruse to delay and obfuscate the obvious Until this business and its owner/manager can learn that honesty in business transactions, prompt folland prompt communications with customers are followed with equally prompt shipments and reimbursementsno one should consider this business reputable or patronize this businessperiod

bought quite a few items at auction, paid for them, and over a month later have not recieved items Numerous phone call s made, but no body returns calls
