Respond to Mr A*** *** As I have said in past email and my respond there is no problem with taking off the line holder from title and have clean title to his name but we need to sign two new forms for DMV in order to finish the registration without line holder if Mr A*** refuse to come here and sign the new forms I can not mail them to him to be sign he has to be to sign in person this case is closed This is part of my last email that clearly says there is no line holder Now I have contacted the both parties on this matter and mr J** *** IS GIVING UP HIS RIGHT TO BE AS LINE HOLDER and wants to end his years as he said friendship with Mr Anthony and move on so I have texted Mr Anthony to come by and sing the new form without line holder and he refuse to come here and wants me to mail the to him I can not do that so these two have dispute and I am not here to do any one favor so as long as he comes and sign the reprinted form without line holder he would have his right registration from DMV his complain to Revdex.com AT THIS MATTER relevant to this transaction

I am rejecting this response because: there is no reason for me to have to drive down there in this broken down vehicle he sold me. It is at least 80 miles one way from where im staying and the truck keeps breaking down. I already signed the paperwork that he says needs to be re signed. What he fails to mention is whether it will remain the same sale or will it be written as a new sale with updated milage and purchase date. Im interested in this as the registration is now due. When I originally purchased the truck, it was my understanding that the registration would be paid for the year. That being said, I come back to my original complaint: the addition of an unauthorized lienholder being added to my title. This was wrongfully and illegally added and now, just like that, he thinks I should take time off of work and drive roughly 160 miles for something he claims is ok. I believe that, as a dealer, he should be held accountable for this wrong doing and that he should fill out whatever part of the title he is required to do and then send it to me so I can take it directly to the DMV and complete my end. I do not feel comfortable signing anything else in his presence, as he has proven to be underhanded at best. I do not trust him to not swindle me again in one way or another. I am not an attorney, and probably dont always understand the fine print and I feel that he would be aware of that and use it against me somehow. I feel if I do go to his place of business, he and Mr. P[redacted] would somehow try to gain possesion of the truck, as Mr. P[redacted] is the lien holder and could do so, again, without my consent. The only way I would agree to show up to meet him anywhere would be with law enforcement and or legal councel (at his expense, of course). The dealer knew what he was doing was wrong. It shouldnt be up to me to have to fix it. I am still investigating on criminal charges being brought agianst said dealership. Thank you for your continued time in this situation. I appreciate it, immensley.
Regards,
Anthony Ricci

I am rejecting this response because: the lien was added after the bill of sale was printed and cash payment was made. I bought the truck without a co buyer or lien holder and I have the paperwork to prove it. It was not  up to the dealership to intervene on any issues with Mr. P[redacted] problems or whether he owed me money or not. Mr. P[redacted] stated at the time of the sale tbat he had no interest in the truck at all (ie. lienholder or cobuyer), and the truck was sold, solely to me. Mr. P[redacted] and the dealership decided behind my back, after the sale, to add the lienholder, without my consent. I recieved no notice of intent or any other notification that they were changing the paperwork to add a lienholder. The dealership was notified within 24 hours that the street address was incorrect, which was long before the dealer did any paperwork towards getting me the title. I believe the dealer is aware of the procedures it takes to change a sales contract and violated those procedures. If there was an issue with the prior owner and the title, he should also have made me aware of it, which he did not.

On 06/20/2016 Mr A[redacted] and his friend JON PETER CAME TO PURCHASE vehicle from us Mr Jon PICKED 3 VEHICLE and had a 2006 truck for trade in he paid for all three vehicle  with cashier check  including 1991 ford f 150 truck which was paid by Mr Jon Peter for his 22 years friend...

hoping that he would work and some how he would pay him back also asking me if I could help him to make some money in our dealer ship which I offered him to wash and clean some cars .  He showed up the next day and work one day and got $ 50.00 cash to come back the next day which he never show up .  Mr Jon Peter got very disappointed and got the feeling he would never pay him back so asked me if I could put lien on this truck which I did  due some missing paperwork from  previous owner on   file and the seller of the truck could not  register the truck to Mr A[redacted]'s name , then the registration was done with line holder  and sent him Mr A[redacted] . per Mr JON PETER'S REQUEST I got several HERSMANT  calls from hIr sister stating that  Mr Jon   Peter owed him money and so on so he should not be lien holder and on and on that I can not do this her brother paid IN FULL  for it and no line holder should be on it. Then I got all the file from DMV  from SACRAMENTO SAYING NEED A NEW form to be sign due the cross out on the address which Mr a[redacted]  gave me a wrong house number  after everything was signed over the phone with right house number which I cross out and put the right number.  i have called mr JON PETER many times to resolve the issue   with Mr A[redacted] and his believe was that he has the right to be line holder on this car since he paid for it and I do have the copy of the cashier check . now I have contacted the both parties on this matter and mr JON PETER IS GIVING UP  HIS RIGHT TO BE AS LINE HOLDER and wants to end his 22 years as he said friendship with Mr A[redacted] and move on  so I have texted Mr A[redacted] to come by and sing the new form without line holder and he refuse to come here and wants me to mail the to him  i can not do that so these two have dispute and I am not here to do any one favor  so as long as he comes and  sign the reprinted form  without line holder  he would have his right registration  from DMV his complain to Revdex.com AT THIS MATTER relevant to this transaction .
