This was a very easy experience getting set up for government contracts compared to what it was years ago Our contractors have been extremely attentive to our needs, explained things in ABC terms and have stayed in touch throughout the process to keep us informed on what we can expect one day at a time Trying to navigate the process on my own years ago took over a month of ALL my time and energy and was ridiculously frustrating This has been a very pleasant business interaction!

Our case worker Kristen was extremely professional and courteous Typically in the government registration processing, it can be a burdensome lengthy task; she had the ability to make the process simple and relaxing with a quick turnaround with our response, resolving issues in an expedient timeframe

We needed help to convert over from the old CCR to the new SAM system and Melissa *** was working with us and I have to say that she went above and beyond what we normally get for help from any government agencyThis lady saved us a ton of time and a great deal of heart burnMy hats off to this lady

This company is not worth anyone's moneyOnce they had my money and did the initial set up, nothing happenedI kept checking in to see if there was something I could do to increase the chances of getting a government contractThey hardly ever responded to meAfter months in, they didn't respond to me at allA whole year went by and I didn't receive one contract opportunityJonathan ***, when he tried to sell me on the program, told me with what he sees he expects me to have to contracts within a couple of monthsagain, not opportunity even came across my plate in a yearNow that my time with them is done, I can't get anyone to respond to me about my expired websiteI can't get my domain back to get my website back upHORRIBLE COMPANYHORRIBLE SERVICENot worth a penny!

This company is more or less a scamPrevious employee signed up thinking we would get leads on Federal jobs which we received ZERO leads Employee has not worked for us for several yearsWe started to get phone calls about relisting and I kept telling them no, we do not do Federal jobs
I got a harassing/threatening phone call from Peter ***-he's rude and obnoxiousHe had his assistant email information to re-list (because he can't be bothered by the mail) and the email specifically states to reply "Yes" to the email if we want to relist I never replied yet they took payment from our company via a bank withdraw We are contacting our attorney and will more than likely sueHow is this company still in business???

Customer service provided exceeded expectation The team assigned to me were friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient Their positive attitude was reflected in every exchange we had, be it the phone and/or email, and it was greatly appreciated

MrMannes was very informative and very helpful

Robert R and the team at US Federal Contractor has made good on every commitment they have made to me They have been available and responsive They are providing services beyond my company's expertise and capability at a fair price
