At first we were quite intimated by the entire process, working the maze of Federal Government could be overwhelming and we didn't quite understand it. I went online to research FEMA diseaster relief site to sign my truck up to help incase a storm hit my area.clicked on a link to register my vehicle and proceeded to fill out form.thought kinda strange they asked for routing number and bank acct number early in process but I entered. ( thought that was for reimbursement of services if I worked for FEMA. continued a bit than stopped registration process and clicked off site. few days later I got emails saying I had not completed registration process.got 3 more emails and I thought would stop.then I got call asking why I hadnt finished and told them I would look at it further when I had time.got one more call days later and I said I was busy.I would look at it when I had a chance.next day I was charged $599.. took me a while to call my bank,then bank in omaha to a processing agent and then to US FEDERAL CONTRACTORS REGISTRATION. I called them and was immediately stone walled by a very rude man who basically told me I signed up and he took my money.. I asked how could I sign up if I never completed your registration..on their cancel policy it says you have 48 hrs from the time you SIGN the agreement? if I never finished how did you sign? finally kristen called and she too got nasty and basically I told her shes a scam artist.. her words were you too stupid to do online for FREE AT FEMA site? I told her I thought I was on the FEMA site.? then she said she wasnt returning my money and to go home and run to MOMMY!! VERY PROFESSIONAL company..when I told her id file a complaint she told me THEY WOULD GO AFTER ME?? company is abunch of lowlifes.I believe anyone using their services thinks thier on A government site.most their services anyone can do for free

I am a new small woman owned business and had been working with US Contractor Registry for a month and was dissatisfied with the service for many reasons. I called the 800 and spoke with Robert R. to voice my concerns and cancel my contract . Not only did he apologize for my dissatisfaction he asked to earn my trust back as he believes that what he does for businesses like mine does work. I put my trust in him and I am glad I did. Rob is always so eager to help with any questions I may have. Since I am new to all of this he has taken the time to explain things slowly and guide me step by step. He is available to help 90% of the time when I reach out to him whether it be by phone or email and if he isn't he gets back with me at his first available minute.
I would definitely recommend to request Robert R. to folks who are interested in working with USCR.

At this point I've very happy with the efforts made by the staff, contact and response has been timely and helpful, I look forward to working with the group to complete the work ahead.
