I was calling the SAMs Help Desk number, and the fellow who answered the phone insisted that I pay for a case worker to assist with our registration, although I told him that I had been submitting our registrations through SAMs, and prior to ORCA and the CCR since the beginning of time. He insisted the only way to assure accuracy in the SAMs database was to pay for a case worker.
The case worker made errors on our submission and hasn't returned my call. I am frustrated with this new process.
