A rep from USFCR sold a Sam registration . They promised to execute a registration and their web form malfunction and they never delivered .
They promised to register my business with Sam.gov
They misrepresented themselves as though they are a govt agency .
They took my money and never provided any services .
I have requested a refund .
I want my money refunded
Due to the problems encountered while our Case Department was trying to obtain the required information for the registration, we have determined that the client is unable or unwilling to provide the needed information and we will not be able to complete the services that the client signed up for. The fees have been refunded to the client per our review of the account.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Refund has been processed .

I was told by Andre that if they could not get me a Veteran status for goverment
business they would give me a refund.
I was told that if they could not get me my veteran own business status
to bid on goverment jobs they would refund my money. I'm a C corporation which means I used my money in my 401k to purchase my business.I'm a veteran but the
would not give me that status because my 401k owns 95% of the shares. I was told
that if they could not get me this status they would refund me my money.
A refund as I was told I would get.
Our Director of Sales and Mr *** have spoke on this matter and have come to an agreement for a refund for this service. This issue has been resolved.
