Our experience with US Bath systems was a good oneThey did an excellent job, were prompt, and thoroughI would definetly recommend them

Very professionalAnswered all my questions and even came out in person after the job was completed to address my questionsGreat service

The bathroom is beautiful and it is in line with my expectationsThe contractors were all very nice and did quality workShowed up as expected and kept thing clean after each days work
The timeline got extended from the original estimate because the shower door was't standard Home depot sizeI had to wait until the tile work was done to get the shower door contractor to measureIt was about days later that it got installedThe demo work created some extra work for me as it knocked some tiles from a wall in an adjacent bathroomIt also caused a leak in that bathrooms water supply which I had to fix

This is a very unprofessional companyI called them and said I was interested in a patio cover(Their website has a link at the bottom for patio covers) They gave me an appointment to come see my home for a quoteThe night before the appointment they called and confirmed the appointment and my addressThe next morning hour before the appointment they called to tell me that their rep that I talked to just the night before came down with the flu(Really?) They then made another appointment for AM 6/30/The night before the rep called to confirm and advised he would be hereThe next morning at AM no repI called the company at 10:and they acted very concerned about the no showAfter several calls back and forth with no answers, I got a call from a company rep that said someone should have told me at the beginning that they do not do patio coversWhen I told him that Patio covers are listed on their website, he said I should look somewhere elseI was literally jerked around and lied to by this company and I have no idea why they brushed me off

Overall the company was good to work with The sales person that came.out to our house was extremely nice and professional and really strived to get us options and financing we were comfortable with The install crew was the same 2-people everyday, which was nice! The main install guy was amazing, super friendly and willing to answer our questions The second install guy left cigarette butts outside out house and in our toilet We did have a few minor nicks and scuffs on our countertops and walls from the installation process
We did have to follow up with the company as we're still waiting for our final inspection almost months later We had one of our surrounds bubble up from the wall and they came out in a timely manner and repaired it Communication was ok, not great The bathroom quality seems good Overall a good company, but I'm not sure if recommend them to family or friends

We had our master bathroom totally remodeled by U.SBath Systems, working through Home Depot They replaced our spa tub with a large washower with glass walls and doors The tile floor was replaced For the shower walls, their agent originally suggested some one-piece panels but we wanted ceramic tile on the shower walls and floors I picked out the tile I wanted at The Tile Shop and they coordinated everything with U.SBath personnel We had our old shower turned into a closet We had our vanity cabinet made by someone else Price-wise, the remodel ended up costing about the same as two bids we got from independent contractors, but both of them were too busy to redo our bathroom for months Everyone working for and with U.SBath were very personable, responded to our concerns quickly, and their work was top quality I would recommend them

Satisfied with work and very pleased with the post job clean up

We are totally thrilled with the work that US Bath Systems did on our bathroom remodelThey were on time, the work was absolutely perfect, the workers were very nice and cleaned up the work site completelyAnd they were done sooner than we expectedThe quality of the materials was excellentEvery thing that we ordered was on the truck and in pristine conditionWe are so happy with the new bathroom

Comfortable, tells everything you can do & the cost for allVery kind & respectableTold others about them, sharing my experience

A little information about my recent bathroom remodel done through Home DepotThe company that does the work on behalf of Home Depot is US Patio Systems May also be known as US Bath SystemsThe bathroom remodel started July 13, with the initial sales presentation The job was completed on December 28, Yes, months and days Granted, the workers did not work a few days due to conflicts with my scheduleThe sales pitch on July 13th was OK, but started out rather odd He did not want to see the bathroom right away, instead we sat down at a table and
talked about colors and styles and things like that Thought he would talk about what we wanted done and the size on the bathroomFinally got around to looking at the bathroom and then sitting down for the sales pitch Sales pitch ended with a projected cost of the projectI was quite surprised It was several thousand dollars higher than the other two estimates I had gottenThe sales presentation included looking at samples of the tile that we could choose from as well as different sinks and toiletsFound a tile that we liked Salesperson then asked if we would be interested in a new program they were promoting The program was called “bath in a box”Basically, it was certain tile matched with certain sinks and toilets More like buying a package rather than a la carte That would save us moneyWe liked the idea of finding what we wanted rather than running around to different stores shopping for the tile and fixturesThe other “monetary discount” the sales person mentioned was a discount from Home Depot He went on to say that annually Home Depot
contributes a certain amount of money to projects like this The amount of the discount is based on the amount of business we have done with Home Depot in the pastThe sales person worked on his laptop a minute and came back with a dollar figure It was $3, Based on what we purchased at Home Depot,
they would take off another $3,from the cost of the project This was on top of the “bath in a box” discountOf course, the sales person said that we had to say yes that night to get the $3, If we said no, the discount could be given to other customersThis is the part that I think is deceptive and unethical Reducing the over inflated cost of the project under the guise of a discount given by
Home Depot based on past spending!
Going through an exercise on his laptop and/or phone to come up with the discounted amountI have confirmed with Home Depot, there is no such discount based on past spending Dishonest DeceptiveSo, after the so-called discounts, the final cost of the remodel was no different than other quotes that we have gotThe discounts were amounted to nothingWe agreed to move forward with the project Cost ended up the same and they had the tile and fixtures we likedWe gave them a down payment and were told three maybe four weeks to complete the jobMonths past and we only heard from US Patio twice Finally, in early October, I stopped in at the Burnsville office to get an update on the projectWe said they were waiting for everything (tiles, sink, faucets, toilet, shower floor, medicine cabinet) to arrive She then said that something was just ordered
in September Two months after the sales presentationThe work finally began Workers came to gut the bathroom, another company came to put up the sheet rock, another did the tile workNo one knew anything about the project as a whole They just did their thing and were goneAll of these workers I believe were contracted workers from other companies They were not employees of US Patio SystemsFor the most part, the workers did a goodThere were three things that stand out that caused us to wonder what kind of company did we hire The tile workers left the new shower floor
right in the middle of the garage floorCouldn’t use the garage Not a big deal by any means, but one would think they would use a little common sense
when it came to leaving to job site for the night The following day, the shower floor was still in the middle of the garage stall On the third day,
it was installed but the workers left all the packing materials of the shower floor in the middle of the garage stallAnother issue was the installation of the medical cabinet The worker chipped the trim with his power screwdriver when installing itHe said “that could be touched up” We said no that needed to be replaced So, a new cabinet was ordered It was installed properly the
second time around, by a different workerThe other issue was with the plumbers We installed a pedestal sink No trim was added to the wall where the pipes come out and run to the faucetsJust the raw hole that was cut into the sheetrockI took a picture of it and dropped by the US Patio office for the third time Once the receptionist realized it was a pedestal sink installation
did she see my issue Had to wait a few more days for that to be resolvedFinally, days after the sales presentation, the bathroom was finished Am pleased with the finished productThat is a reflection on the workers, not US Patio Systems / US Bath SystemsOnce the project was completed, US Patio, who probably called us less the six times during the months and days, calledThe worker was hardly out of the driveway when they called asking for final payment!!! They were on the ball for thatUS Patio Systems / US Bath Systems was very hard to work with The company lacks anything that resembles customer serviceWe had to call to get anything done Time management was terrible months for a bathroom remodel?
Having to wait days for workers to return, I found unacceptable
It is a shame US Patio Systems / US Bath Systems turned out to have, what I think is a dishonest and deceptive approachI have two more bathrooms to re-do I know US Patio Systems / US Bath Systems will not be getting the jobIt is unfortunate that Home Depot uses only this company for its bathroom remodel workTo me US Patio Systems / US Bath Systems, has blemished the reputation of Home Depot That is a shame Not sure why they
would let such a company like US Patio Systems / US Bath Systems use their good name

Very happy with the shower update and overall experience

very pleased with quality of supplies, the work doneThe amount of time it tookThe workers were above and beyond words as far as cleanliness, and friendliness as well as working around handicap people acomadating needsOne of the best remodeling expierenced we have hadI would recommend them to any one

I was referred to US Bath Systems who works for Home Depot by a coworker of mine for my upstairs master bathroomBefore they came out I was a bit hesitant to work with them due to a few of the negative comments on the Revdex.coms website but my friend said she got a really good deal due to one of their promotions and did really good work with her projectI had three other contractors come out to the house prior to US Bath SystemsWell I had one of them come to my home to give me a quote and it was a very pleasant experience to say the leastThe designers name was Jacob and he was very professionalI even told him of the negative reviews I read and he said the company had let go a few of their salesman and were under new managementI thought it was just sales talk but he really did a great job and I felt like he really listened to what I needed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or ask forHe was very informative and even noticed some mold growth in my bathroom due to small cracks in my tile that I hadn’t noticed nor did the other two contractors that came before himHe explained the whole process and how they were going to fix everything up to codeHe had samples of all of his products which really helped me feel confident in the quality of what I was buyingWhen we got to the price it was a little bit higher than the other two quotes I got (one contractor never even sent his) but he did offer me a discount that got the price right in the middle of the other two quotes I gotAfter a week they were out doing last measurements and going over each step and all of the products I picked outI felt like they cared about me and my project every step of the wayThe final project turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happierFrom the estimate to the workers they were very professional and courteousThey even helped me with sealing my countertops in the kitchen at no cost

Overall, we would give US Bath Systems a mixed review on our bathroom-remodeling project
Aside from a few minor remaining flaws, the end result was a success and turned out as expectedHowever, as detailed below, we had to point out some problems during the project that needed attentionIdeally, US Bath Systems would have caught these without us having to point them out and push for a solution
Theirs was not the lowest bid, but we were willing to pay more in hopes that the job would be done correctly and with high qualityAlso, believing that Home Depot would stand behind the result was an added plus
One oddity: We had assumed that because we were working with Home Depot we would be able to choose from products offered by Home Depot for the remodelHowever, during the sales process, we were discouraged from doing so, and at one point, the US Bath Systems sales rep told we could choose products only from a small set of catalogs she presented We thought it odd at the time, but were able to find products that worked for usLater, when speaking with an associate at a Home Depot store, she told us that we should have been able to choose Home Depot products, and that the subcontractor should have ordered them for usWe’re not sure who is correct
POSITIVES
- The project was completed within the promised time frame
- The project was completed without any additional charges
- For the most part, those doing the work were friendly and courteousThey showed up when promised, and kept us informed of progress
NEGATIVES
- We were concerned that the acrylic shower floor pan being offered would flex when stepped onThey assured us that it would be very solid and would not flexAfter the part arrived, we tested it prior to installation as it rested on the basement floorSure enough, it was very solid with no flexHowever, after the pan was glued in place on the cement slab that the project manager (PM) had poured the previous day, it flexed a lotThe center of the pan, near the drain, did not even touch the cement below with a full person’s weight applied; there was a space of more than 1/inch between the center of the pan and the cement belowThis was confirmed by removing the pan (fortunately, the glue had not yet set) and observing that the applied glue had not even made contact with both surfacesNevertheless, the PM claimed that it was done correctly, and pushed backFortunately, after some debate, it was agreed that the builder would pour cement leveler to raise the surface beneath the pan and make it level, to provide adequate support for the panThis indeed completely solved the problem; the pan is solid with no flex
- After the plumbers told us they were done and had left, we noticed that the shower valve handle extended out much too far, by almost an inchThe PM told us it was installed per the manufacturer’s spec, but sent out a plumber to look at itThe plumber agreed that there was a problem and that it was not installed correctlyHe was able to correct the problem by enlarging the hole made for the valve and, through the enlarged hole, chiseled and drilled away some of the wood 2xon which the valve was mountedThis was not an optimal solution, but he was able to make the valve handle look much better
- Also after the plumbers had left we later noticed that the two faucet shutoff valves they had installed under the sink were leakingThe plumbers came back the next day, confirmed the problem, and replaced these leaking valves with others that they said were higher qualityIt was unclear why they installed low-cost, low-quality valves in the first place
- Floor protection and cleanup was at times sub-parFor example, during some cement demolition we had to ask twice that the clay tile floor in the adjacent hallway be protected against the very abrasive concrete dust tracked by the workers’ shoesWe even put down some of our own cardboard as protectionThe electrician left bits of plaster, dust, and wire scraps on the laundry room floor

In May 2014, I had purchases a 3-season room and deck through US Patio System/ Home Depot and I have not been happy with the outcome since the beginning of the project I have reached out, on multiple occasions, to the US Patio System sales and management team regarding concerns with the quality of work, timing of the project, and poor/ harassing communication, but have not received any response back from them
My most recent communications began in May when I requested the replacement of a sliding window that was “sticking” since the original installation in I was also requesting the replacement of the season room door due to poor weathering and the vinyl being cut too short creating a hole in the door After reminding them of their warrantee agreement and multiple email requests/ phone calls/ pictures, I finally had someone scheduled to come out
On June 3, 2016, it was confirmed by the Project Manager, Ray, that these items were faulty and he agreed that they would

The whole experience was very positive Everyone made sure I was satisfied with everything they did The installers worked hard and were very professional I was very pleased with the whole process and my bathroom is beautiful

Overall a positive experienceEverything went smoothly

We are very happy with our new showerThere were several issues that we asked be addressed and they were

The process began smoothly as Home Depot Home Services referred us to US Bath for our project to remodel bathroomsMajority of work was done in days with of their "best crews" (project began on 3/27/18)It quickly went downhill from there as a watch was discovered missing right after, then hats were discovered missing - all in a room that no one should have accessedThis was reported immediately to Project Manager (Dan) and we were told this had never happened before and we couldn't prove it - basically calling us liars (this was the same reaction we received when reporting the missing items again to the office)After that there was a lack of communication from the office to schedule our final touch upsWe took time off work to wait on multiple appointments that no one showed up to and if we did not try and follow up with them - they were not calling usWith the amount of money that it cost for this project and Salesman Jason sold us on their trustworthiness and quality of work - they sure don't seem to care or display trustworthiness!
We cannot recommend US Bath for your project after our experience and the way were treated after reporting our problems and theft in our home

I signed an agreement with US Patio Systems on August 8, for a bathroom remodelThe remodel was to start 10-weeks from the permit date and was expected to last from 5-daysIt is almost weeks later, and there is no start date in site
After expressing my dissatisfaction and frustration with US Patio Systems on November 9, I received an email from a Production Assistant which seems to try to change the starting clock to a later date by effectively blaming the delay on my not sending them a copy of a form between me and my property associationI believe this is dishonest, and here’s why
The form in question is between me and my property management companyIt has nothing to do with US Patio Systems, and they are not a signer on itThey only knew the form existed because on August I requested some information from them for the formThey offered to take the form, complete it for me, and send it back to meUnfortunately, they didn’t do as promised, and for approx
