I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me given a timely call with a satisfactory plan of action Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Dan S [redacted] refuses to return my phone calls to scheduled my repairsHe owes me over for overpayment for work that I completedThe roof was not installed according to manufacturers specification and has not been resolved over two yearsThe siding is buckling and all the corner posts were not installed correctly as it was installed in the winter months and has since expanded causing bucklingHis continues to play a game of semantics, the bottom line he was paid in full and submitted fraudulent invoices to me and my insurance company by a contractor who never did any work on my houseThe warranty work has nothing to do with his alleged dispute with my insurance company Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because :Need I remind you, your company was MIA for months As I stated earlier; I did try several attempts contacting your company through verbal and written correspondence with no success of response from your company(US R & R)You hadn't submitted a claim for the siding until you received complaint from me through the Revdex.comIf you had succeeded in getting approval for the siding; why wasn't there a contract presented to me to sign off on for the approval amount to have been submitted to my insurance company? Instead recently your company submitted a demand letter to my insurance company stating proposed costs of all repairs that your company was/is contracted to do on my house; coming up with a bogus total of $46, I believe your company had overlooked the repair contract you had with meI believe your company had misplaced the siding sample you had taken from my house, and the insurance loss statement, because why would your sale manager(Rick A [redacted] ) tried to obtain a copy of the insurance loss statement from my insurance company on Nov 25,2017( insurance company reported to me), instead of contacting meAnd why then contacting me after months of neglect; requesting another siding sample from my house(Dec 4,2017)There is still the matter of unfinished repairs that your company has already been paid(also stated earlier).Regards, [redacted]

We are in the process of supplementing the billing with the insurance carrier so the final bill is not yet paidWe are working in the screens and it appears that our subcontractor may have misplaced themWe will be contacting the homeowners to wrap this up

We told the homeowner the roof was fixed from the leak days before the Harvey storm came in His roof has not leaked We explained this to him a week ago and also days ago He was not home when we did the repairAt this point we just need to schedule a crew to paint the ceiling where the leak occurred This has been communicated

Per our contract we have a one year warranty on workmanshipNothing was ever brought up during the one year time periodWe would be happy to send a service technicianTo the homeowner's home if we are paid in fullSince no payment has been received we can not even give the homeowner his lifetime manufacturers warranty on his siding or his warranty on his roofWe will not sign a warranty card until we are paid in full

From: [redacted] ] Sent: Tuesday, May 23, 3:PMTo: [redacted] Subject: Fw: Revdex.com complaint [redacted] USRestoration replaced our Detached Garage roof on Monday, May 8th, And then on Monday May 15th, 16th they resided one west wall of our house that looks OK And rewrapped aluminum around the roller door The west front corner of house needs to be redone with aluminum Was not done right Back wall of house May 17th replaced siding with new and used siding It looks horrible It is worse than what it was before they touched it And they did not have enough material to fix all hail damage It looks like Now my whole back of the house needs to be redone I can not even sell my house the way it is done How pathetic The house across the street from us just sold for $216, And they do not have two driveways or a two car detached garage in their back yard I do not even think I could get $190,fro my home the way it looks now And this is the way my insurance company told them to do things [redacted] Insurance They Unbelievably Rediculous! Next they are going to get the Gutters and downspouts on the house and detached garage done I spoke with Dan S [redacted] on Thursday May 18th That is all that I can tell you for now.thanks, [redacted] and [redacted]

I am waiting for contractor to submit a paid in full invoice to my insurance company as well as verbal communication with my insurance company This is what owner of contracting company promised he would do when he phoned me the morning of 3/ Until that time, my complaint is unresolved I made contact with my insurance company, the Revdex.com, and the contractor on the afternoon of 3/ I was told by contractor that it would be 4/before he could contact my insurance company I am waiting for his follow-through on this

Based on the small size of the job and the fact that the homeowner will have to come out of pocket their $1000.00, we have decided that it is in the best interest of both parties that we cancel homeowner's contract With the winter as severe as it is we would not be able to schedule till early April This way maybe the homeowner can find someone to help him out on the cost of the siding where he may not have to come up with such a large amount out of his pocket Upon review the insurance company has not even accounted for about $in coverage on this small job that needs to be done We wish the homeowner the best of luck and will process his refund check this week

HiFinally, they ended their workBut they made me spend so much time.I hope that the same consumer will not come forward

I am rejecting this response because: US R & R has never gotten back in touch with me to inform me of no match for the siding on my homeThe replacement of the siding required an additional claim to be submitted to the insurance companyI had contacted my insurance company in October, because it had been three months since I had received no response from US R & R; I checked with my insurance company to see if a claim had been submitted for the siding and none wasInsurance company informed me that I could have the claim for the siding replacement submitted from another companyAgain I tried contacting US R & R, still no response from themI informed them in writing about going with another company for the siding, I inquired about how were they going to handle the refund of monies owed back to me for work that they were paid for that no longer was required for them to execute, and inquired when would the remaining repairs be completed in accordance to the insurance loss statement that they have been paid to doStill to this day I haven't received any response or correspondence of their attentions Regards, [redacted]

The gutters are issued to our gutter installers So it is coming up very soon

We have finished the job and our installer has been trying to meet with [redacted] to do a walk through

I am not sure if this is a complaint If it is it needs to be retracted from our record We were hired to do a roof and some miscellaneous minor repairs from a hail storm We did the roof the week of 9-10-and they filed this complaint weeks later They were not calling our office to get a statusWe have installed to jobs on their street as well We cannot complete the minor trades until the siding match has come back It takes time to do thatThey were initially informed of that as wellWe will work on the minor trades as they are ready to go Their insurance doesn't pay a lot for these things so they must be coordinatedPlease remove this complaint from our record

I corresponded with USRR on this issue months ago - I am unclear why USRR still denies their fault in this issueI have professional assessments that the damage to my roof was caused from a punctured wire, and building permits which should satisfy the wire being initially correctly installedI have met USRR's demands for proof each time they requested itAll the attachments I provided in this response have already been provided to USRRI also have my email correspondence with USRR attached, which addressed their claim several months ago

This message is in response to the above claim against US Restoration and Remodeling IncWe have been in contact numerous times this weekend with their General Manager Dan to resolve this issueI am happy to report that we are happy with the resolutionUnfortunately part of the cause was lack of communication by the insurance company.Mr and Mrs [redacted] ***

It seems as though there was a misunderstanding with the homeownerThe job was scheduled, however the homeowner was not calling the correct phone number

I am rejecting this response because: We were promised on two occasions that the job would be started in about weeks after we signed the contract on july and again in late September I was told it would be finished before winterI tried several times to make contact with this business in early January and they did not return any callsI believe since this is such a small job and requires coordination with at least other jobs, they would be willing to return my deposit and not have to worry about this matter any longer Regards, [redacted]
