[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This response from the company is unethical, it was Esther who was screaming at me, all I wanted is for someone to apologize and admit their mistakes and because nobody did, I felt it was right to report them. If this is the way they run this business I want no part it. As one can plainly see I am not the first person who filed a complaint about this business, maybe they should take their time and review the tax returns before sending them out. As a paying customer that is what we deserve a correct return. Another reason is the blantent lie from Ester herself, she knows she screamed at me and now lying to cover this up. As a person who deals with customers on a daily basis she should never treat the people rudely and very disrespectful as she has.

This problem has been ongoing since about March 2017. I believe I did receive a notice from the IRS a few months back stating their refusal on this action that EG Tax is waiting from them. I sent this letter to EG Tax when I received it. As I stated I receive a bill from the IRS monthly. So why is EG Tax having to wait so long for the information they need to take care of this problem. Last February I met with Maria from EG Tax and she stated at that time her employers were at fault and EG Tax did indeed accept this. All I had to do was show proof of what the IRS was charging me for penalties and fees and EG Tax would pay this. I have filled out and sent to EG Tax everything I have ever received from the IRS about these penalties and still am waiting for them to make good on this issue. My next step will to take this matter to our local television stations which advertise EG Tax.
