In response to the customer questions:“The business stated that an agreement form was sent to the customer's e-mailThis is not 100 percent accurate because I only received e-mails from the business after the transaction -- in other words I was not provided with a written contract or agreement prior to work being done.”On the previous response we did not mention that an agreement form was E-Mailed to the customer. We have mentioned an Invoice was sent to the customer E-Mail to fill up the payment details where in we have attached an example of the Invoice. E-Docusign or proof of services delivered is only done after we have resolved the customer query else if the issue is not resolved or not fixable full refund is guaranteed.In Response to the second query:Also, if the company is not aligned with another software company and is totally independent, how did their number appear in the error message when I first encountered the problem? We have answered this question on the previous response: US Software Solutions Inc is an Online Technical Support Company and we use online marketing techniques like Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to do Business as it is been done on *** and Bing Accounts.(So here if customer visits any restricted website and gets a security alert and dials the number on the alert customer might reach any Technical Support Company who uses the online marketing techniques like Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to do Business )We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customer however we did try contacting him to resolve the Issue and as promised a full refund was also initiated

software and customer has been made aware about it when she contacted us on 11/**/2016.We have already issued a refund of $as per the request and the Invoice has been attached for reference along with the customer acknowledgement.It is always the endeavor of US Software Solutions to provide qualitative service that is in the best interest of the customer with ‘Customer Satisfaction’ being the cornerstone of your Interface.If the customer has any further concern or query she can always contact us and we would be glad to help

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedThe information shared is not entirely factual or correctI did not contact or seek security solution from US soft works The screen immediately was present upon the attempt to open my browser and does not read US soft works or securityIt implies it is a message from AppleThey stated do not open browsers or download anything as bad things will occur and they are controlling my computer from their sideAfter they say the problem is fixed they say there is a technician fee of Then offer security for 1-yearsIt is difficult to understand the English spoken of technician I returned the phone call and have since received a refundApple said they do not support or back USSoft works .

Support Company not affiliated to any brand and we use online marketing techniques like Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to do Business as it is been done on [redacted] and [redacted] Accounts.When the customer contacted us on 02/**/2015 he was informed that we are a paid support and if he would want support then there will be a charge of $399.97 which will include fixation charge and Security for 1 Year. Customer agreed.   The mode of payment of US Software Solutions Inc is wherein we first send an Invoice to the customer’s E-Mail where customer fills up his payment details and sends it back to us for processing. Same was done here. After the payment was received, the technician started working on the customer’s device but in the middle of the technician’s work, customer stated that it was late so he would want a call back at 4:00 P.M PST on 02/**/2016. Technician then tried calling the customer at his requested time but customer never responded to the call. Since there was no response and the work was not completed a refund was initiated. Attached is the refund confirmation invoice.   We keep the payment of customer when they are fully satisfied with the services provided or we issue full refund, no questions asked. That’s the only Reason that even though customer authorizes the charge and makes the payment themselves, US Software Solutions Inc also takes E-Docusign from the customers as proof of services delivered.   If customer is referring to us as Scam one should look into this that, “we would not have tried calling back the customer at his requested time to fix his issue neither would we have initiated the Refund or would be reverting on this E-Mail”.
