I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The information shared is not entirely factual or correct. I did not contact or seek security solution from US soft works . The screen immediately was present upon the attempt to open my browser and does not read US soft works or security. It implies it is a message from Apple. They stated do not open browsers or download anything as bad things will occur and they are controlling my computer from their side. After they say the problem is fixed they say there is a technician fee of 199. Then offer security for 1-3 years. It is difficult to understand the English spoken of technician. I returned the phone call and have since received a refund. Apple said they do not support or back US. Soft works .
