I left him a voicemail to contact me so we could get the service call scheduled

We had to go back over there and put the proper cord on the unit. We did that the day after she bought it. This issue is now resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:He called on 02-13-17 offering me a service call.  I told him I wanted a refund, but he said he could give me an instore credit..

I spoke with Ms.[redacted] and provider her a complete replacement. I followed up 7 days after to ensure she was now satisfied and she stated she was completely satisfied with this unit.

Business called and responded that the matter has been resolved.  Customer picked-up washer and dryer after a cord was installed and it was explained that the hose was not to be placed on the floor.

Service was completed on 7/12. This was filed on 7/10. The refrigerator is working perfectly.

This was a refrigerator not purchased from our store.  I sent out a technician.  He called us to notify that the water lines had been ripped out of the door of the refrigerator.  She needed a new door installed.  We did not do any further work for her. The technician did not turn...

on the water at her home.  We do not do this type of service.  Later, she came to our store and was very argumentative and demanded a refund.  We normally do not do this and it is stated on the invoice all sales final but I did refund the $60 to her to have her stop disturbing my other customers and for her to leave.  I did call the police but it was a civil matter.  I did offer to send someone from my business to help clean up the water at her home.  I have no liability in replacing any of the damaged items at her home since it was someone at her home that turned the water back on and not my technician or anyone else from my company.

The came in today and we resolved the issue.
