Over weeks of unreliable/non-working internet service, promises of refund over weeks are non-existent For nearly two months the internet service provided by USA Communications has been intermittent at best, involving complete loss of internet service numerous times everyday I have made several calls to the company's support line and refunds/credits are always offered but NONE are ever applied to my bill The past three calls involve the area tech "working on the problem", along with equipment being replaced, but still -- after weeks -- no solutions, no refunds for billed service that wasn't provided I not only would likea refund for two months of nearly non-functional internet, but a phone call from a company exec explaining the issue as they understand it and that they are committed to rapidly resolving the issue Moreover, the exec needs to understand that the CSR's should not terminate a call on a customer as happened today ( [redacted] )

Service issues dating back to installation with phone & WIFIInitially reported in/around end of ***/beginning [redacted] Repaired ***Want credit Rep offered $ [redacted] credit [redacted] & I requested to speak to Mgr as $ [redacted] was not acceptable for over months out of service with phone & internetI advised inwould notmpaynthe disputed bill until I hear back from MgrCalled back to USA COMMUNICATIONS [redacted] because no Mgr had called backWas told Mgr out sick & may be a few more days before back in officei ask for another Mgr & was told no Mgr avaialble--in meeting & would have Mgr call me back.To-date [redacted] 1:30pm CT, I have not heard back from anyone at USA CommunicationsI would like at least months credit for phone & Internet charges billed

They provide absolute miserable service, the internet goes out on a daily basis and when you call you get a recording that has been in place When you call to complain about the near daily outages the recording Says "All of our [redacted] costumers are experiencing interruption in service" then when I go in to pay my bill today they raised it another $ [redacted] Appalling that they think they deserve to raise your bill with such miserable service

Continuing reception problems on televisionThe company acknowledges there is a problem but is reluctant to rectify it There has been an ongoing problem with our tv reception since before USA Communications purchased the company from [redacted] in [redacted] From day one, we have been told that all bad transmission equipment would be replaced We have been dealing with sporadic service for over a year and it is no better now than it was when they took over I have called numerous times and eventually, a tech will come to the residence They check the incoming signal and find no problem hereThe tech will see the problem, tell me that , yes, they have a problem at " the head " and they are working on itNothing changes for the long termWe might get 3-days of trouble free reception, then the problem returnsI call again and complain and am told that I will have to wait another week or longer before a tech can come outI have told customer service there is no need for

It has been days, nobody has helped me to fix my internetI called and emailed many timesThey promised me to call me back, but never did I first called them on [redacted] They told me to contact to my landlordLater they emailed me and asked me call backI did, but the person was not there and no other person helped meThen I called againOne person called me and asked me to send some information in emailI did last FridayThen this guy was goneI emailed him and called the company againThey told me they will call me back, but neverI have slow internet for daysI should have 50/speedNow I only have 5/Some time I even cannot connect to the internet at allThey wasted me so much time for calls and for waiting for the internetI paid for the service, but nobody helped meI need my money back and ask them to fix the problem right away

We have been customers of USA Communications for almost a year now and we have a problem with our service at least twice a month since the beginning, Almost everytime we call to ask why our service is not working there is an automatic message saying [redacted] customers are having problems with their cable and internetNo one is ever able to help us right thenIn the year we have had this service we have only received $ [redacted] off of our bill the whole time we have had the serviceIn the month we had not paid our bill so I will account for that time it being our fault it didn't work, but in the last month I know I have called at least three times for not having serviceInstead of getting our money back I would rather them just allow us to cancel the service all together and not charge us a fee to have it cut offI am contacting the Revdex.com because I believe it is unfair for two working people to use our money for a service that never worksI have encountered about having the service cut off

I swaped over to USA Communation from *** just for the internet package and priceingI was very optimistic as I was not very happy with *** and routinely increasing their prices of 5-10% annually without increasing their services they offerdI got service with USA ComIn May It took days for someone to come out and "Hook me up"I was very happy for the first daysThe internet went out completelyI called their customer service and submitted a help desk ticket(they have exelaint customer service)I received a call from a tech the same same dayIt took an additional days to have someone come out and fix the issueThis is their standard with internet issuesRecently (Oct-Nov) I have called to report slow internet speeds after 5pm (1.28-2.4mb)with no resolutionToday the internet has stoped working(at 330pm just before a holiday weekend) I placed a call and was told it would be escalated to tech supportI received a call from a tech and was told to reset my modem and they would not be able to come out todayThat I would be put on a list of work orders for next weekNo time frame was givenThis is why I am swaping back
It is November now and I am swaping back to *** due to their reliability (not their pricing)I sometimes work from home and need a reliable internet service
I hope they are able to have a more reliable servicesI may try them again in about yearIf they are still in businessIf they continue with a unreliable service I dont see them staying in business for another months

After felling to install cable when promised and having me to cancel currant cable,canceled contractTold it would take two months to receive money
On about ***,I agreed to have USA Communication install cable at my homeThe installation was set for the second of ***I was later called by USA on the *** and informed that an installer would be at my home on the *** and to call my current cable provider and cancel serviceThe installer felled to call or show, so on the following Monday I call to find out why, no one could give me a reasonI decided then to cancel contract and requested my deposit returnedAfter a week and a half, I called to ask about my depositThe service attendant informed me that it takes two months and would be sent through the mailI can't understand why it takes two months to return my money that you got in two minutes

I was receiving terrible service from USA Communications, and was paying above market prices for terrible serviceSince USA wouldn't honor a bundle deal that they marketed and sent to me, I decided to cancel service on ***, two days before the end of a billing cycleI was not under longterm contract, just month to monthUSA Commwrongly billed me for *** service on ***When I brought it to their attention, they promised to get back to me, which they didn'tI had to call them again today (***) and they put me on hold minutes and then told me that their *** Corporate Office would have to review the issue and I may get a refund back in - weeksThat is just crazyIf I had paid with a Credit Card, they said they would do an immediate credit, but since USA Commbills my bank account, they say I have to wait

they state on their website they provide the fastest most reliable service
Since *** I have had issues with internet service going downtechs can't seem to fix the problem, This time I have been without internet service for days straight they have cost me to get kicked out of my online college, as well as *** dollars for a certification test I had to take and my job since I worked online doing ***The supervisors are *** *** and their techs are unknowledgeable on their job

I would never recommend USA Communications to anyone!! Their service is horrible and I have experienced a problem with their internet and phone service at least once a month The down time goes from hours to days and when you call them, they don't have any idea or update on what is going on with issue/cause "It's being worked on and appreciate your business." This time when I called, their customer service rep told me that I should have a backup plan for my internet and not to put "all my eggs in one basket." What the heck? I should pay for providers in case USA Communications goes down??!! Then he hung up because I am under contract I've had their service for months and it ***!!!

Service still not working correctly after initial complaint
A while back, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding my cable internet service not workingThey answered this with $** off of the monthly bill for one monthIf I am not mistaken, when I am under contract to them for or months, are they not under contract to me for the same term? I am paying for GBpS service and not receiving a 10th of that when it works at allI have a home security system that relies on my internet service workingThey are not holding up their end of the contract and as such will not collect another payment until it works as contractedI have contacted the company twice and they want me to wait until halfway thru the month to get someone out here to look at itThey also want me to take off of work in order to be hereThe last time I took a day off to be here they never showed up / or never knocked on the door(The service did work satisfactorily for a month after that but still not at c

When signing up with USA make sure you get in writing that you'll be getting free thingsI was told I would be getting months of free *** after waiting months I called the rep he stated I needed to sign up for automatic bill pay and then I would receive a code
Waited another month called the rep back times you'll have to talk to a guy he's not in the office i'll have him call you no call backi called rep back I told him I will cancel my internet I didn't get the code todayHis reply was I really don't care and he proceeded to cancel my serviceTo me that's poor customer service! His name was Josh I hope he no longer works there
